Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
That could explain a lot.
Too little too late.
How odd. The remarks from Levine ,who is working for the sister, seems like he doesn't trust Stern.
Funny how this story comes out, after many of ANS friends and family have come out and said that HK$ always had the drugs and was the supplier, eh?
If Howard K. Stern has a mother -where is she? Doesn't she want to see her granddaughter?
The criticism of Vergie Hogan - the legal maternal grandmother is out of line - and Howard Stern's raving lunacy about not letting her see her grandchild is disgraceful....but it does illustrate who is demented and unfit to care for an infant.
IMHO
I wish they could throw him off the planet, and I wish there is something that they can nail him on, but I have my doubts. She was just too messed up with nobody really looking out for her, even herself.
He is squatting in a home he didn't buy.
He is refusing to get a DNA ruling on the paternity of the child.
He is refusing to let the maternal grandmother see the child.
He sailed from Fla.to the Bahamas in a boat he didn't buy.
This guy has no scruples, no integrity and no apparent means of support, except for money from photo sales to the tabloids. What a criminal creep.
I have a hard time with ET these days because they are so shallow and these are such serious times.... granted, I am guilty of being just as shallow, with my concern over this casd.
I hate to say it, but I watch his interviews and I see Scott Peterson.
"I am guilty of being just as shallow, with my concern over this case"
This actually is not a 'shallow' case. It involves international custody law - real estate law - family estrangement - lax morals - common law and legal marriage vows - prostitution - drug abuse - parental incompetence and worse, negligence - the inexcusable death of two young adults - complicity in drug dependency by medical professionals............and a lot more.
oh and immigration/residency law.
I had a couple of other thoughts, too. re: Virgie and the baby
Right now the only person who legally can claim her body and bury her is Virgie... HKS can be told until Virgie sees that baby no way is he welcome at the funeral.....and
The California courts hearing the $$ case should insist on proof of paternity of this baby before deciding who, if anyone, will control the babies millions.
I think it's disgusting HKS is making so much money of ANS death.
"I hate to say it, but I watch his interviews and I see Scott Peterson."
BINGO!
Look at the videos of Scott Peterson when he had all the looking for Lacey interviews. Same thing. People like that are pathological.
Didn't they also say HKS had set it up???? as in pimping her to the Sultan.
We couldn't have written this script it we'd tried. Movie out of this mess is all but guaranteed.
I found the fact he is working for Stern's sister and his comments in the article to be disconnected at the very least. It didn't sound like he has a lot of respect for Stern as a lawyer.
It definitely has a little bit of everything from the seedier side of life... and a poor innocent child stuck in the middle.
Does Virgie have a good/great lawyer? She is going to need one. Surely as a former police officer she knows the right people.
I don't believe I have seen anyone claiming to represent her.
