Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

I absolutely think HKS made the clown video and other videos to blackmail not only Anna but also other people such as Shane Gibson, for instance. I'm glad the video was revealed. I think Ford and Gina Shelly did it to help to remove little baby Dannielynn from HKS. I believe they both cared for Anna and wanted her baby to be protected from Stern.

Good question! Family is being redefined and even worse, trashed, as was done to a Mother/Grandmother.

If HKS was blackmailing her that would be in line with her telling Shelley "if anything happens to me...".
And someone correct me if i'm wrong but wasn't it Shelley at the hearing who said "i KNOW who the father of the baby is"? But the judge didn't want to hear from him and then eventually thru him off the stand as tho he didn't trust him at all. One of Judge Seidlins famous "you can go now."

I think when HKS left the room, he didn't think he would meet up with Moe and company. I think he figured they would come back and find her dead and he would be free and clear - not in the room.
Wouldn't you think Brig/KEG had their own suite? And maybe (just maybe) the suite that they went back to was actually that suite? Someone did say that Mo and Taz went into their room (probably was Mo that said that), but he didn't say that the others weren't at another suite. Did he ever specifically say that everyone returned to Anna's suite?

It still bothers me that Daniel was found in bed with his mother. But it made for better photographs, right Howard???
Where was Howard from the time the nurse came in and the time Anna woke up. He never did say WHEN Daniel said he was suddenly sleepy and Howard said he should have thought more of it at the time. Howard's statement didn't make sense. It was out of place. Of course Daniel was sleepy. It wasn't exactly mid afternoon.
We know Daniel helped her to the bathroom and it sounds like it was right before or after the nurse was there. So that was about 6:30 AM. Breakfast came when? Hospitals are pretty strict about delivering breakfast. You get it whether you want it or not. They want to make sure you're eating and it's their obligation to get it to you. Where's breakfast?? That has to be before Anna found Daniel in bed with her.

I agree completely. A medical examiner should NOT be on talk shows prior to the release of their findings...........if ever! Judges should not run their court rooms like TV judges either.
If this ever becomes a homicide case there will be so many reasons for appeal you wouldn't even be able to count them.
Unfortunately with rich, drug addicted people leading such wild and unfortunate lives, it will be hard to place blame on any one individual. I fear the enabler will go scott free and continue to look for other money trains.
The only thing we can hope for is that the baby is taken out of there. I only hope the DNA is done and the results are what we are hoping for. The timeline is suspect. Although the interview with Greta that I posted last night says HKS stayed in his own room in SC waaaaaaaay down the hall from ANS. I had not heard that he was even there until I read that.

Here's a look at the reports released so far about the death of Anna Nicole Smith. To analyze them, you have to read between the lines.
Anna died in her room at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino on Thursday. On the next day Dr. Joshua Perper, performed her autopsy and issued a report on the investigation to date. Here are the preliminary result:
No illegal drugs were found in her room.
The meaning of this is not clear. Anna's nurse, her bodyguard and Howard K. Stern had access to the room before the examiners arrived.
There was no evidence at autopsy of long term drug abuse.
This would mainly focus on injectable drugs.
There were no drugs in the stomach.
Drugs cab absorb quickly. Also, they may have been taken earlier and them followed by alcohol. Consider that potent drugs, such as morphine, come in liquid forms.
There was no evidence of large amount of prescription medications in the bloodstream.
Tests for multiple medications take time. Only a basic screen for the most common "overdose" drugs would have been available by Friday, when the medical examiner made the statement.
Some inflammation was perhaps seen in the heart. "Something which looks a little but unusual." If inflammation of the heart was present, the heart would be irritable and deadly arrthymias would be more likely.
What will happen now?
There will be microscopic examination of all the major organs. Complete results of the blood tests and toxic screens will be gathered.
A panel of medical specialists and law enforcement will review the results and issue a report.

ANNAledgedly it could be thought that he made it to cover his you know what when she died. Look at it, she's stoned........plus all the other videos of her on a real dowhill slide. If the ME finds that a combination of drugs killed her and no one is charged then it will have worked.

This jumped out at me. So the States Attorney is involved in this eh? OK calling it a homocide investigation is probably "wrong" but that's just because it's still an investigation and it involves a lot more than just homocide. So technically its not a homocide investigation but a homocide and other things investigation. But the investigation could lead to the suspicion of a homocide.
And as far as Dr. Perper saying this would probably not change his findings, how do we know what his findings were in the first place and so how would we know if he changed them. And i think that the part of "his findings" that he's referring to is "manner of death". Cause of death, he already has we're told. And maybe he put "unknown" as manner of death. But the cops told him "Noooot so fast". We just might know something.

I was thinking along those lines too.
I've been looking everywhere for the transcript of that and can't find it. I keep thinking why would she say that to him? I mean we all have pretty much figured out what could have been going on, but can't prove it.
