Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Paying or not paying for rent is not the key here. Again, depending on the state in the US....you may not even keep the items if your tenant doesn't pay. Some judgements require you to destroy the property.

As we all know, we are talking the Bahamas...but I am trying to get some of you to understand that everything is not as cut and dried against Howard as you want to believe.

Shelly did not have the right to take the property of ANS and give it to Fox. THat property could also be construed as property of HKS.

The Nancy Grace show is putting out an APB on ANS dog "Sugar Pie".....nobody has seen her. :(

Ford S going in his house and taking Anna's effects, and changing the locks is the only thing that Stern did not plan for in this saga, they were obviously suspicious of Stern after 2 deaths and the refusal to give up the baby or the house.

But she wasn't "found dead," allegedly. She "allegedly" died at the hospital.

One of the first paramedics to arrive claimed that she was dead when he got there. Smith was rushed to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood. An autopsy is scheduled for tomorrow.

4:56pm] A casino witness says that Anna Nicole's body was already covered when she arrived at Memorial Hospital, according to a report on CNN.

Screenwriter on Anna: "It's Not a Surprise"

[4:55pm] Bill Stroum, who co-wrote two movies that Anna Nicole Smith starred in during the 1990s ("To the Limit" and "Detour"), tells TMZ, "I am shocked, but it is not a surprise. I thought she would have died 10 years ago."

Desperate attempts to save her life were made by paramedics en route to Memorial Regional Hospital. Smith did not survive, despite receiving CPR and emergency intubation to facilitate her breathing.

Smith was found unconscious in her hotel room at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida.

Anna had been transported to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood just after 2:00 PM EST and died around 3:45 PM EST.

WFOR-TV in Miami reports that Anna was found unresponsive in her hotel room. Local streets were closed off to rush Smith to the hospital, three miles away. Paramedics were seen pumping her chest as she was taken from the hotel.

I knew it!! He's laundered everything. Wonder who now owns a 10 carat diamond and a genuine "Anna Nicole Smith" tiara.

I said I thought he laundered though his sister, too. He'd send her money and she would write him a check for "support".

Thought he perhaps made a deal with the Hard Rock Cafe for an "Anna Room". Wonder when the first wax repro will arrrive.

if he did that, he didn't do a very good job, did he? If he caused her to OD wouldn't he have taken the evidence with him when he left the first time? Weren't there Dialud (sp?) wrappers found all around? Did he want people to think she OD'd?

I wondered that too. Why DIDN'T he take the bottles with him in the first place. It's because yes, he did want it to look like an OD.

But then he didn't expect to run into Moe and company in the lobby. At that point he was forced to go back up to the room with them, and had to change his plan. Because now everyone was there and they could attest that Anna was fine when they were there or she was sleeping. No sign that she was ODing.

So now he had to get rid of the drugs because they had his name on them. I wonder if he wore gloves when he opened the bottle so as to not leave his own fingerprints on them. And maybe he made her touch the bottles to put her fingerprints on them.

Yes they are a bit over the top. Not that I think they have done anything wrong. I think they really DID care for ANS but my hinky meter goes off with them. They are enjoying the limelight a bit too much. Ford, especially seems to care for ANS a little too much. Know what I mean? He's been sobbing all over TV for weeks now. hmmmm

Well, I WAS wrong. I had heard Ford Shelly speak of Anna visiting them in Carolina..and I was obviously confused. Thank you all for setting me straight..:)

But RC, I can't abide by defending Howard's lawsuits against anyone. I can't stand to even look at him...So even if you have good reason to cite whatever law you must, to defend his actions, I will still loathe the very ground he walks on..

And if you want to think Howard has any right to stay in that house, than that's your call. I say he has none.
