Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
I agree that something is not quite right with those Thompson/Shelley's. They are WAY too wrapped up in ANS.
I think it may be HKS's consciousness of guilt. Whether he felt responsible for her death, either by intentional actions or negligent actions, the natural thing to do would be to run or hide. One wouldn't normally jump on board with the dead body if you had a guilty conscience.
I want to ask all ANNAmaniacs what about the theory about HKS cleaning up in the hotel room ---if he did that, he didn't do a very good job, did he? If he caused her to OD wouldn't he have taken the evidence with him when he left the first time? Weren't there Dialud (sp?) wrappers found all around? Did he want people to think she OD'd?
Didn't Perper say we'd be surprised at his findings? Well, an OD would not surprise us, would it? So I think it's something else. And, if HKS IS guilty then it's something very tricky that can look like natural causes, but is not. But what is it?
Otherwise, she just got a bad infection and died (just like Pierce Marshall). But then isn't someone still negligent? But who?
I think that ALL of Howard's videos, pictures, images etc were made for blackmail or for SALE$$$$$$$.

ANS was not renting, not leasing, she was fraudulently living in a home belonging to someone else, after she lied and said she would pay him for it. She just wanted it for "residency" purposes.
There's that one picture of G. Ben and Dannielynn that scares me. She kinda looks alot like him in that one picture.
I have been following it. I also know that this is messed up enough that I don't take ANYONE of these people at face value....including Larry Birkhead. However, he seems the least of the worst, at this point.
I also know that the lack of background on HKS is something that should be heavily investigated...and it might also explain a few things that may or may not happen.
I see what you're saying now, but it was not to his benefit to say he was gone that long - he always claims to have been looking out after ANS 24/7.
That's why I felt the 2-hour window must be true, or he'd slip out of it sideways, otherwise.
I surely hope that Dr. Perper doesn't forget that Larry Birkhead's attornies have spirited off a ANS DNA sample for testing in a lab somewhere in Ohio.

Those Thompson/Shelleys actually considered ANS a personal friend. They shared their home with her. Their daughter Riley misses Daniel and ANS....and you think they are WAY too wrapped up in their friend.

The "I hate Mom video" needed editing, too. He's on a couple of frames...shoulder to shoulder with Anna..whispering for her to say a certain thing that changes the whole concept of the tape.
What about Shelly saying ANS asked him to pick up her things if anything happened to her? Did she say this in an email? I hope he has it in writing.

Thompson/Shelleys haven't "made money" on Horizons because of ANS. They got it at a fire sale price because it was part of a liquidation of assets in a criminal case against Ron Kelly, hotel magnate.
That's their business (real estate) and they were in the right place at the right time to take advantage of it and buy it from the gov't. The $10 million price tag is about what it should have been all along on the open market.
Now, I don't know. Anyone with that amt to put down isn't going to want all the ANS looky-loos driving up all the time.
