Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
There's no such thing as squatters rights in someone else's house. It has a very particular application which is long gone.
Federal.
Perhaps diversity jurisdiction.
The ownership isn't in dispute. It's his house. I don't know if squatters have rights in the Bahamas.

I said the same thing the other day. There's a similarity in the way he expresses himself and the appearance of his nose and mouth area.

Shelly was not even an owner.
The property was stolen and some were given to media outlets.

Well, apparently they ate strawberries out in the living room area on Tuesday and/or Wednesday, not Thursday.
That was Greta VS 2-27-07, but I've heard it more recently than that, so I'll have to check my notes and transcripts - but no time right now for that. Maybe later on.
What about this theory? Howard knows about the other child (the Indian one). So he writes up the will disinheriting future/other spouses and children just before that child is born. He tells Anna it's best this way because when Daniel becomes 21 she can will all of her estate over to Daniel and/or he can be executor. No worries about this other kid getting any of the money. After Dannielynn is born, she thinks ah maybe we should change the will now. Howard tells her "why waste time rewriting the will at this point Anna? It's not like you're gonna die before Daniel turns 21". But then Daniel mysteriously dies shy of his 21st b-day. Now Anna's really pressuring Howard to rewrite the will. But he says "first we have to deal with Birkhead. Can't change the will til we're sure Birkhead is out of our hair. He's not after the baby, Anna, he's after the baby's money."
Does this make any sense? Is it clear or unclear? Help me out folks.

The city of Myrtle Beach police complaint made by a woman in January claiming Shelly said to her "you can kill someone and no one will know unless you tell someone"...she told the police she feared for her & her daughter's safety from Shelly.
I don't know. To be taken with a grain of salt.
The so-called crime took place in Bahamas, not USA. They are not a US protectorate. Shelly has money and HKS cares first and foremost about money. Shelly turned a lot over to the police and for all we know some of which is aiding the investigation.
That was all long gone.
I think the fact that they said time and again in the media that they were not going to throw them out on the street is going to come back and bite them. Shelley's only hope is if he can convince the court that Anna did request them to secure the home and take her belongings if something happened to her. I still think they did a morally right thing. It was those pictures of Anna's fridge and all the other pics and videos that have allowed the world to see what was going on. Moral but maybe not legal. Hey if you do the crime then pay the price.
you come up with some interesting stuff. There is something highly suspicious about the whole G. Ben Thompson/Ford Shelly part of this saga.
I think sometimes people get so rapped up in hating HKS that they don't see that some of the other players have suspicious backgrounds/activities/business relationships, etc.
As a wise man used to say "show me who your friends are and i'll show you who you are".
This is the thanks they get for being nice to Howard..a law suit. Ya gotta find some irony in that.

Ugh, ick. The "letters from viewers" *praising them* about their coverage was insufferable.
Tons of gushing over HKS by viewer letters, "especially his moving eulogy" (with cut to clip), then *one* letter saying something nice about Larry, then several scathing rants about Virgie, the "estranged mother" shoveling all that dirt and "looking so angry" not "loving."
How would you feel in the presence of such evil as the Stern family, "dear viewer"?
