There's no such thing as squatters rights in someone else's house. It has a very particular application which is long gone.

What term would you like to use? The ownership is in dispute. G Ben Thompson knew that HKS was living in the residence and allowed it to happen.


He facilitated the whole affair.

The belongings were on the property.

Shelly was not even an owner.

The property was stolen and some were given to media outlets.

What law could possibly apply that you think this would be acceptable?
