Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Plus if it ever came out after Daniel's death, it would look for sure like Anna bought them herself.

You have to remember that the brain "repeats and repeats and repeats". It learns and creates habits. It's how we function. If we had to get up and think HOW to brush our teeth every morning, we'd be in the "learning stage" and applying that to everything we do, we'd be overwrought.

Ok Cedar, here is Sterns responses to Larry King's questions in the interview of Sept 27.
The remarks in blue are my thoughts.
While reading the transcript the thought of Mr. Stern's overwhelming jealousy of Daniel Wayne and Anna's relationship comes to mind.
Stern informs King that it had been a month since Danny and Anna had been together (Stern had got Anna completely to himself, away from any relatives for a month. Now Danny has stepped back into the picture and the deviant Stern will not have it. Something must be done to elliviate the interferrance)
Lets all remember all of Mr. Stern's answers and statements.
STERN: Well I'd want to start with the night when I picked him up from the airport and I picked him up and, you know, he was very happy to be here and he kept saying that he just couldn't believe he had a baby sister and he couldn't wait to see his mom.
This was one of the longest times that they've ever been apart and he was coming out here to stay with us and to stay with his mom and go to school here, so he was really excited and he was telling me, you know, over and over about how he couldn't believe he had another blood relative because, you know, his mom is really his only family. And it was just, you know, it's hard for me to believe I'm here even talking about this because...
STERN: Well, when we, you know, we drove back to the hospital room. We drove from the airport to the hospital and when we got there, you know, he saw his mom and he hugged his mom and he picked up his baby sister like he'd been around babies his whole life, even though I don't think he'd ever really been around babies.
And, you know, it was just, it was a great -- it was like one of the best nights that I've ever remembered. I mean Anna was so content. She had, you know, her son and her new baby girl and I was there and it was great, you know.
STERN: After a while. I mean I was there. There was actually another friend of the family was in the room for awhile. And, after he left, we talked about all being hungry. And over here in the Bahamas not too many things are open that late.
So I went out and I got some food and it was, you know, it was from like a -- almost like a gas station, like a 7-Eleven type place but they have a little bit better food than 7-Eleven. So, I picked up food and then I came back and other than that I was there the whole time.
STERN: I was there, yes, I was there. Anna woke me up. This was the next morning now. Stuff happened through the night where, you know, at first I was going to sleep on the floor in between the two beds.
There were two hospital beds and Anna was in the bed closest to the window and Daniel was in the bed closest to the door. And, Daniel at some point said to me that, you know, he wasn't really that tired, so why didn't I just take the bed and he was going to sit up and watch TV.
And, remember that Anna had had a C-section two days before, so she needed help and still needs help to get to the bathroom and things like that and Daniel, you know, helped her out to the bathroom and this happened many times throughout the night.
And then, at one point Daniel said to me how come I'm so tired? And, in hindsight I wish that I had seen that as some sort of a signal and seen that something wasn't right.
STERN: Well, I mean the next thing that I remember that happened from my perspective is that in the morning Anna said, "Howard, Howard, Daniel's not breathing." So I, you know, went over there really quickly. And, at this point Daniel had moved into bed with his mom, so they were actually staying in the same bed.
And, I checked Daniel's neck and I didn't feel anything and we called, you know, the nurses and said it was an emergency. And then, medical staff just came rushing into the room and they tried to revive him and they tried to ask or tell Anna and myself to leave but she wasn't going to leave her baby.
And she, she stayed there and we were at the foot of the bed and she was hugging Daniel's leg and she was praying to Jesus and she was telling Jesus to take her and not take Daniel. And it was...
STERN: I don't find any fault in what the hospital did. You know, I don't know. When I felt his neck there wasn't a pulse and, you know, we just even after the hospital personnel tried to resuscitate Daniel we, Anna told me to, you know, there was an airbag that they were putting air in and she had me doing that and she was pumping on his chest. And I just, you know, I don't know. I'm not a doctor.

I think HKS influenced ANS to go to the Bahamas by telling her if she stayed in the USA, the baby would be tested for drugs and she might go to jail or even have Dannielynn taken away from her. Stern most likely used those things to isolate her further. He probably choose the Bahamas for other reasons too, such as unwed baby laws and tax laws.
Larry's concerns about Anna's drug use and the baby's safety might have played right into Stern's hand of control. So sad. If only she would have gotten off drugs in April while in the hospital, she might be alive today. Imo, Stern was worried he'd loose his hold on Anna if she got off of drugs. What a jerk!!!!
Virgie's only motive, imho, was her fear for her daughter's life, especially after loosing her grandson to an overdose of Methodone, amoung other things. HKS had to demonize Virgie or people might begin to look at him and his actions.
I was shocked during the trial to hear the GAL say drug use should NOT be brought in as evidence. What the blank was he thinking?? The GAL was suppose to represent DL. Couldn't he see that she could be in danger if she stayed with HKS? We've heard reports of baby DL being fed smaller amounts of formula than is required, plus reports of drugging her so HKS and ANS wouldn't be disturbed. Some of those things were reported back in December before Anna's death.
Why is Dannielynn still in the care HKS??? grrrrrrrrrrrrr
POST OF THE DAY. Very succint and well put and i agree entirely. I'd add something. It's just a theory now, so take with grain of salt. But what if Anna didn't want to drug the baby with baby tranquilizers? What if she was so out of it that Howie told her they were vitamins or something? Were the baby tranquilizers found in the Hard Rock labeled as such or were they perhaps in some other container (baby's have to take medicine in liquid form)? Did you see the pics posted yesterday of Anna with the baby? Actually it was a link and i'll have to go back and give credit to the person who hooked us up with them, but it looked like Anna was tickling the baby under her arm. I'm really beginning to think that Anna absolutely wanted to change her lifestyle since Daniel died and be a good mother to that beautiful daughter of hers.
Leaves out whether he was cool or warm.
When Daniel arrived in the hospital room he went straight to his baby sister. He embraced his mother and sister and told them both that he loved them. Daniel was very helpful to his mother and baby sister. On several occasions throughout the night, Daniel assisted his mother to the bathroom, as she was still in a lot of pain from her C-section.
Anna Nicole, Daniel and Howard spent the entire night together and had a wonderful time together with Ann Nicole's newborn baby. At all times, the hospital staff knew that Howard was in the room with Anna Nicole and Daniel.
The chronology prepared by Doctors Hospital states that Daniel was observed by hospital personnel helping his mother at approximately 6:20 a.m.
Later in the morning, Anna Nicole awoke and noticed that her son appeared not to be breathing. Anna Nicole frantically awakened Howard with the alarm that Daniel was not breathing. Howard immediately checked Daniel's neck for a pulse and the nurses were immediately summoned. According to the Doctors Hospital chronology, this occurred at approximately 9:38 a.m.

You're quite welcome. Maybe he did or maybe ANS did (but them), but just because Daniel is listed as first doesn't mean anything, IMO.
Didn't Daniel have any friends who can confirm or deny what if any illegal or prescribed drugs he was taking? Maybe his friends know how he really felt about HKS. But HKS by proxy could've gotten to them by now. Isn't it odd, or have it missed it, that none of Daniels friends have come forward thru any of this?
Yeah, knowing Greta, i don't think she's really putting that one away. She's just cozying up to the Trimspa's to keep em talking. The more they talk, the more likely somethings gonna slip.
In Florida: Howard left and was gone about 2 hours (that's what I heard) before getting the "she's not breathing" phone call.
"He's not breathing". "She's not breathing". Both known to be alive times are in the 2-3 hour vicinity.
In that interview, Howard never mentions that Daniel didn't feel well but I'm almost certain that Anna said he felt hot. I'd touch the body and try to stir it before I'd go for the neck to take a pulse. I'm not a doctor either.

We need to see the officers of the corporation. I'm in NY and California might be different, but.....
Taken alone it might not mean anything, but in conjunction with all the other krap that went on here, it might be part of the Operation CYA.
Here are some questions for you insurance expert people out there? Is there a dollar value of a policy under which you can have a policy drawn up without a medical test or without the knowledge of the benefactor(Anna)? If so, maybe these policies were under that radar which could lead credence to the theory that Anna didn't know about the policies and would explain why there are 7 smaller policies instead of 1 big one. Another reason could be that it would be less suspicious to the various insurance companies when the claim was filed and maybe not as worthy of investigation. They'd rather pay out than be looked at as not paying out claims. But i don't know if in cases with this much notariety if the various insurance companies would contact one another to see if the others also had a policy on Anna. Especially given the circumstances of her death. Looking for an insurance expert for help here!
