Also, I'm wondering if part of Anna's anger towards Virgie, was in response to Virgie saying she feared for Anna's life, due to what had happened to Daniel? Seems I recall seeing a post here on this thread saying Stern could be seen coaching Anna to say those hateful things about Virgie.
I think HKS influenced ANS to go to the Bahamas by telling her if she stayed in the USA, the baby would be tested for drugs and she might go to jail or even have Dannielynn taken away from her. Stern most likely used those things to isolate her further. He probably choose the Bahamas for other reasons too, such as unwed baby laws and tax laws.
Larry's concerns about Anna's drug use and the baby's safety might have played right into Stern's hand of control. So sad. If only she would have gotten off drugs in April while in the hospital, she might be alive today. Imo, Stern was worried he'd loose his hold on Anna if she got off of drugs. What a jerk!!!!
Virgie's only motive, imho, was her fear for her daughter's life, especially after loosing her grandson to an overdose of Methodone, amoung other things. HKS had to demonize Virgie or people might begin to look at him and his actions.
I was shocked during the trial to hear the GAL say drug use should NOT be brought in as evidence. What the blank was he thinking?? The GAL was suppose to represent DL. Couldn't he see that she could be in danger if she stayed with HKS? We've heard reports of baby DL being fed smaller amounts of formula than is required, plus reports of drugging her so HKS and ANS wouldn't be disturbed. Some of those things were reported back in December before Anna's death.

POST OF THE DAY. Very succint and well put and i agree entirely. I'd add something. It's just a theory now, so take with grain of salt. But what if Anna didn't want to drug the baby with baby tranquilizers? What if she was so out of it that Howie told her they were vitamins or something? Were the baby tranquilizers found in the Hard Rock labeled as such or were they perhaps in some other container (baby's have to take medicine in liquid form)? Did you see the pics posted yesterday of Anna with the baby? Actually it was a link and i'll have to go back and give credit to the person who hooked us up with them, but it looked like Anna was tickling the baby under her arm. I'm really beginning to think that Anna absolutely wanted to change her lifestyle since Daniel died and be a good mother to that beautiful daughter of hers.
