Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Posted on 02/08/2007 12:39:03 PM PST by kcvl

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

I think this Stern/Birkhead joint custody rumor is coming from Stern's group to make Birkhead look bad. I think it is false info put out by Stern's group.

He knows about it, but just let me handle it. No. I am not going to get rid of him. After 39 years I need him to open jars and lift heavy objects. LOLL

LOL too! Nice to know he's good for something. Hope the poor guy doesn't come down with arthritis!

He said the instant messenger thing happened two days after her death. SOMEBODY was logged onto her computer. I sure would like that investigated.

Seems like a suspicious thing for HKS to be doing so soon after ANS's death with arrangements to be made and the baby to care for. There he is so quickly on her computer. Hmmmmm.......

Guess he was deleting things etc... but the hard drive will still have all those things on there. Hope someone takes a look.

Also wondering how many nasty emails HKS might have written to Larry pretending to be ANS? I wouldn't put it past him.

"I was also able to get another insurance for hubby and he didn't have any say in it (online) He knows about it, but just let me handle it. "
__________________________________________________________

That is surprising. The "insured" usually has to sign the application - The applicant, if other than the insured, must indicate an insurable interest in the insured. i.e. spouse/spouse. Did you have to declare your relationship on the application?

Just curious - because it seems HK$ may have done some semantic work on ANS' policy applications. i.e. fraudulent statements.

Smith's lack of motivation may have been due to the fact that Stern "was already trying to negotiate a TrimSpa deal, because they were going to pay him a lot of money," Little says. Little did his best to convince Smith that as a trainer, he was certain she could lose the weight and keep it off through dieting and exercise. "'Pills wouldn't give you the results,'" he recalls telling her, "but she said she needed the money, and it was a good endorsement deal."

With Smith's lack of interest and motivation — combined with "Howard Stern in the house, there every second, and [son] Daniel, who seemed to be just as depressed as his mom" — Little found it a beyond-daunting task. Daniel "was very sad," the trainer remembers. "I can't remember him saying two words or lifting his eyes from the carpet."

The entire situation was "sad," Little says with a sigh. "There's nothing worse that can happen than losing your child, and she no doubt felt terribly sad. She had such a hard time in her life. If she was depressed before, after Daniel died she had to be beyond depressed."

Little concurs with many of those on the periphery of Smith's life, saying, "She was on medication to handle it." He then shrugs, "I don't know the Howard K. Stern angle. It's a very strange thing, how he was there every second of every minute of every day in every area. It was a very hard situation."

Anna Nicole "was truly sweet, but beyond loss," Little says in conclusion. "If you add depression and you add medication.... It wasn't a good environment. She did beat [early] adversity, but she seemed to be making the wrong decisions."

Seven times the theapeutic dose of Zoloft, Seven times the "therapueutic" does of methadone, and Seven insurance policies. hmmmm.

Does Howie think 7 is his lucky number or something? There weren't 7 pall bearers were there?

"This particular "cocktail" i think was one which put her in a delusional angry state."

You could be right. She was almost growling. Have you noticed how very different her eyes are without makeup vs. with? It's like a different person.

Me? I like my lipstick...hot smoochie lips? lol

He'll have left some clues there - especially because ANS was supposed to be illiterate. If Howie used fancy schmancy language & spellcheck - that'll trip him up.

HO HO HO!

Wecht can not be trusted as most of you have figured out. He looks at things through rose colored glasses. I hope he grows some and tells the truth about Daniel's autopsy results.

You are going ooooooooofffffffffffffff LOL

Confusing George Costanza with Howie - not hard to do;)

George wanted to save "Seven" as the name for his kid (if he ever had one) of course we know that Susan died at the hand of George - licking wedding invitation envelopes - that were poisonous.

Thought association was not so far off.

Good observation, bluebunny! W/LB she also looks natural . . . little makeup, no posing.

No, I just did it like I was him since he is the worst computer illiterate person I know. LOLL This is exactly how HKS could have gotten ANS policies BUT without her knowing. My hubby was there and "all knowing" about what I did (he wants me to be protected regarding our home mortgage) but ANS may not have been.

Her makeup was absolutely perfect in the "I hate mom" video. Please note: Howard was about 10 inches away...shoulder to shoulder with Anna and accidently leaned into camera view and nudged her and whispered for her to say that what she said to her mother "was left on an answering machine." The rest of the video is real closeups so Howard doesn't appear.

Howard was in a rush to get this out and Howard didn't realize that he had gotten into a few frames. I'd guess that they forgot to edit him out but I bet it has been edited since. Anyone know??

Yes, i noticed how different she looks without her makeup. Which makes me think those pics of her and the baby without her makeup were done by a friend and i don't mean HKS. He'd probably rather have Anna looking hot and sexy so the pics would be worth more or maybe i'm wrong and he was going for that 'down at home with the baby i'm just a regular mom' look. But other things that make me think those pics were done without his knowledge was that he wasn't in them. He always likes to be in them, being the 'baby's only real father she's ever known' and all. Now you might say well maybe he was the photographer and that's why he wasn't in them. OK, could be. But, drumroll please, the real reason i think HKS knew nothing about the pics is because he wouldn't have allowed them to be publicized because of how much the baby looks like LARRY BIRKHEAD in them!!!

WOW - that is scary - however PAYMENT OF THE PREMIUMS was probably required to go through your husband's account.

That still supports your theory that HK$ could have followed the same procedure - he had access to the same info on ANS that you had on hubby.

I think the Thompson son-in-law, can't remember his name!!, testified during the hearing in Florida that he knew ANS' password.

Thompson's son-in-law is Ford Shelly - and who had ANS' password? Shelly or HK$?

Am i? I've seen maybe at most, a handful of Seinfeld episodes. The envelope one happened to be one of them, but i have no recollection of anything about George Costanza and the number 7.
