Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

LOL, no, there has been no trial on any of ANS claims on video of being raped and beaten by her mother, father, brothers and sisters. (wow, I wonder why none of these heinous crimes were ever looked into?)

I'm sure her mother, father, and siblings, at this point would welcome a presumption of innocence, and a finding of facts on these accusations, and a finding on Vergie's accusations that her daughter was on heavy drugs for decades therefore did not make good decisions.

Cuz if she didn't then maybe she knew nothing about the purchase until the bank called her to verify the check that HKS was trying to pay the gravesite people.

Just found a fairly recent courtcase on the web and it looks like 3 miles. For ages it was 12 miles all over the world. I think it was changed primarily to mitigate the fishing industry.
