Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

No, HKS convinced her she needed the money. Larry made enough to support herself. She could have lived moderately on just what pictures she sold her through out the career. but she was greedy. I truly doubt that Anna was only laying down with Birkhead even though he thought he was the only one. Thompson even said he was messing around with Anna for few weeks still into to January but Birkhead said on the stand that She was with him exclusively from Dec 31, 2005 and in to February 2006.

I know Thompson is claiming that he had a vasectomy and he probably did. But nowadays they just do one snip on each side and fold over and stitch the ends closed. Many years ago they used to actually cut out about 1" (2 snips) on each side so there was no chance that the ends would grow back together. But many men that had it done that way usually end up some physical problems and it is truly permanent when they cut a full 1" out on each side. The one snip on each side (the way they do it nowadays) makes it possible for a vasectomy to be reversible. There are men that have had vasectomy's that did not work so they are not a 100% sure bet.

Not to be racist or anything like that but Stern is Jewish and most (not all) Jewish people have brown eyes. His may be hazel...I don't know but I'd be surprised if they were not brown.

Prime Minister Perry Christie, while lauding the mammoth accomplishments of Mt Tabor Full Gospel Baptist Church over the past 20 years, said last evening that integrity must be the foundation of every leader and leading institution of The Bahamas as the nation moves forward.

While speaking at the grand occasion of the 20th Anniversary service of Mt Tabor Full Gospel Baptist Church, Mr Christie said that it is of great importance for leaders of the nation to come to the realization that all of their associations must be of sincere and pure origins.

"This country has heard it before and this country shall hear it again, that who sit in positions of authority must always understand the integrity involved in friendship," Mr Christie said.

He admonished the audience that in operating with character one should never desert his or her friends and stated that leaders should always hold people in esteem based on an understanding of the type of lifestyle those persons lived and not be persuaded by anything else or by others on that matter.

Bit surprise there. I did see the old interview with Anna AND HKS. How many of his guests bring their lawyer along for their LKL interviews? And at the end Larry King said the HKS "thank you Howard for making this possible". For crying out loud! Was Howard afraid she would say something incriminating about him on TV? Or wth?

What are we to make of the report that Daniel had unexplained bruises on his body? Do you think it feasible that he and Stern had gotten into a physical fight?

That would be hard to imagine in a hospital. But some experts could tell if the bruises were of the type of one person forcibly holding another person down.

I thought the whole thing was chilling. If you listened to the way the Marshall death, funeral planning suits for the estate went down, and then compare it to what is being done today, you almost think that he'd planned the whole thing starting then.

More than once he sneered a remark about "wealthy litigants". HKS seems to think that he can do his own personal wealth redistribution scheme. When the transcript goes up, I'll be reading the whole thing.

HKS thinks that all the money is his, and he's had his eye on it since 1995, and J. Howard Marshall died. Now he is holding Dannielynn for ranson, in a negotiation, that would leave him in place as trustee.

THE O’REILLY NONSENSE

The sleaze factor that we talked about in this column last week is still at work (last week’s column). All during last week, Bahamians dominated as they are by the US media were glued to their televisions sets watching the most amazing and macabre circus. There was a judge who seemed to say the least, kind of unbalanced, making all sorts of off the wall comments, allowing irrelevant questioning and hearsay evidence, in a case involving where Anna Nicole Smith, the B movie actress from the US who moved to The Bahamas and died in Florida two weeks ago, is to be buried. The whole thing was strange.

At the end of the day, the judge who reportedly broke down crying ruled that the guardian for the child of Ms. Smith who (the child) is said to be in The Bahamas should have possession of the body and it was his (the judge) wish that the body be buried next to her (Anna Nicole) son in The Bahamas. The three competing parties in this circus for the body then joined hands and went out of the court and it appeared that the body was to be shipped to Nassau.

In Nassau, the press was staked out at another event, the paternity suit in the Bahamas Courts. There the mother, the ex boyfriend and the boyfriend at the time of death are locked in combat for the guardianship of the child. So many have come out of the woodwork to say they are the father, you lose count. But not so fast about burying the body. No time soon says another judge in Florida who has apparently accepted an appeal by the mother of Anna Nicole Smith who wants to bury her daughter in Texas where she lives.

What annoys us is the commentary coming from this event about The Bahamas. In the closing moments of one of the programmes on Friday 23rd February, Bill O’Reilly who has one of these sleazy programmes on Fox News, the sleaziest of the American networks, made a stupid comment, one of many. He and Fox News specialize in right wing causes, and bad mouth anything that is progressive, black or not American. The loud mouth O’Reilly who wouldn't know a logical argument if he saw one ended his programme by saying to another puff of wind Geraldo Rivera that we all know The Bahamas government is corrupt. His ma must be corrupt. It’s that kind of stupidity that comes with the sleaze that surrounds this whole affair that is quite annoying. Mr. O’Reilly has no evidence of a corrupt Bahamas government and The Bahamas government has nothing whatever to do with this matter. This is an entirely private matter.

And another thing. Remember Birkhead said there was a previous miscarriage. Could Stern have done something to bring that on? Could he have been hoping that this baby would miscarry too because he knew he wasn't the father? He did after all interfere with the efforts to detox Anna.
