The one snip on each side (the way they do it nowadays) makes it possible for a vasectomy to be reversible. There are men that have had vasectomy's that did not work so they are not a 100% sure bet.

I keep thinking that HOWARD had a vasectomy a few years back and has now had it reversed and waiting for the sperm count to get up there. (that fits the clever will, too)
