Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Absolutely. The will would only cover the property that would have to pass through probate. IF, she had decent legal advice, most of her estate would be in a trust.

There is a method of getting married at sea and having a license filed AFTER the ceremony. Anna might have thought that one would be and could have signed it on the boat.

The reason I even considered the possibility is because I don't believe she said anything about a real marriage AND you and I know she would have had a dress in the works.

I don't think there was any nookie scoring by HK$. There was an exchange between HK$ and Daniel (from the reality show?) where HK$ teases Daniel about being a virgin...Daniel swipes back (to the effect) 'you've been around my mom 10 years and never got any p###y.'

Kinda speaks volumns to both the ANS HK$ relationship and the one between Daniel and HK$.

This is a long one baubau. I cannot answer your questions though. We normally end a thread at a certain point and start a new one which is then linked to the old one. I imagine we will have to do that at some point in the near future since this case has more twist and turns. And does not appear to have an end any time soon.

Come on! Come in! -if you would like to have some seedcakes and a pint and relax a while. (If it is a special occasion, we still have a few bottles of the old wineyards left!)

Our first thread ( New Zealander builds Hobbit hole ) reached 4,100 posts, and we thought that was big. Our second thread (The New Hobbit Hole ) held us for over 48,000 posts, and we loved it dearly. We talked about moving to a new thread for the last 38,000 posts, but we are really slow to muster! Finally, the time has come. Tomorrow (at 12:01 am, to be precise!) The Two Towers comes out, and we start a new chapter.

Just a quick question, because I never saw the full Bobby Trendy LKL interview...I remember I was here the night ANS died, FReeping and waaaaay upthread it was discussed about Bobby's appearance (figuratively and literally--we discussed his wearing of feathers!). Did Trendy mention (on LKL 2/8/07) having just seen ANS two days prior in FL? If he did...wow...but if not (and he is 'embellishing' or out and out lying) then he is just another Moe, Taz, et al, seeking another 15 minutes of fame. Anyone know for sure?

When they showed the old interview of ANS talking about the house and MM's displeasure of her photo shoot ..they later said that the owner of the property had torn it down and rebuilt.


ANS claimed that things moved around in the house.

I don't know why the owner would have torn it down unless it was in really bad shape. Seems like it would be sort of a historical hollywood landmark.

I think it was torn down after ANS rented it.

No...and what a wierd, wierd weather day here. Started out with freezing rain this morning, then snow, then regular rain (which melted off some of the accumulated from weeks ago snow) and then it was nice. Really nice, like in the 40s. Now it is raining. Chance of freezing rain and snow showers (nothing major) over night. How about where you are?
