Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

The more I think about it, the more concerned I am for the health of that baby. Doesn't any judge, police official, or medical examiner want to know if she was born with narcotics in her system?
Exactly. Virgie tried to claim the body - though not right at first - and when she did she was refused because of competing claims and confusion about the proper application of law. I'm not convinced the judge got it right. Even if his decision isn't overturned on appeal, that wouldn't prove to me it's correct. Could be just a CYA and the old boys club of the FL judicial system, and a desire to be rid of this tabloid case.
Remember it came out in court, there is an investigation going on into something to do with checks right now in the Bahamas.
I will not say for sure that G Ben Thompson has had a vasectomy, because I was not present at the time that the vasectomy was performed. However I did hear Larry Birkhead state to the judge on the witness stand last week that Thompson has had a vasectomy.

As we all know, he doesn't like HKS, so I hope he's being truthful. Everyone else appears to be lying since no-one tells the same story.
You are right. Virgie then would have buried ANS in Texas. And, eventually, Virgie, LB and Daniel's dad would have moved Daniel to be buried next to her in Texas too. Not as perfect as California, but better than the Bahamas for family, friends and Dannielynn.
I'll conceed that once in a while she comes up with some gems, like the interview with the Dutch companion of King Erics.
