Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

What happened to O'Quinn? Diabetic collapse was what I heard.

I don't think the Marshall thing has been exactly settled. If Howard doesn't have a "clean slate" when this is all over and loses his license (the drug connection), he's gonna lose it all.

Stern drove her to the doctors and picked up all her scripts. Stern called the doctors for Anna.

judge asks LB: she could have replaced Stern with another, right?

LB: If he would have told her no on the drugs she probably would have replaced Stern.

Stern did what Anna told him to do because she was the one supporting him and helping him keep a roof over his head. Stern could have walked away from Anna and got a real job, but he chose not to. Stern supported Anna's drug addiction. He was not concerned about the baby and there is a good chance that he even fed her addiction more than usual hoping that she would miscarriage that baby because HE KNEW it was not his. What father would stand by and watch or help a woman drug herself while that woman was carrying their baby in her womb!

Judge doesn't have to order HKS he could simply "ask" and see what HKS has to say. hmmmmm

She admitted, on the program, just a few weeks ago, that an intruder came into her house and took her wallet/purse off the table while she was in another room caring for her infant.(Not too long ago.) She laughed and said, "I can't believe I'm admitting this on TV, but I just want to stress the importance of keeping your doors locked."

The thief was never caught, as far as I know. Apparently he/she just came in and left with the purse/wallet. Banfield then talked about the aggravation of cancelling credit cards, getting a new driver's license, etc.

No, it's not exactly settled, but it is, if no one for ANS's side takes it forward, since the SCOTUS decision. Ball was in Anna's court.

I was watching him in reruns last night on the big screen TV and between the exagerated hook in his nose and hook in his chin he really does look like pictures in Grimms Fairytales and I cannot see how ANS found him in the least attractive... I can see him in love with her, not vis-versa.

I'm sure the judge has concluded that Howard IS NOT the biological father. If you don't think the judge has a full copy of the Bahama laws regarding paternity and measured Howard's "Father under Bahama Law Statement", you're kidding yourself.
