Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Is it? MSNBC has a crawl that said it was Virgie's husband. I know the camera was trained on "Texas" for a while there.
Good one!
i saw on some show or another that one of ANS's friends said that if you notice, most of the men that anna slept with were blonde haired and blue eyed, and that it was because she wanted her baby to look like her and like daniel, her son. guess who DOESN'T fit that profile? HKS.
I thought that is what I heard the lawyer say.
He looks handsome next to that geek Howard K. Stern. You have to agree, of all the weirdos in this case, nobody is as sleazy, repulsive, or vicious as Howard K. Stern - possibly a sociopath. I cannot imagine ANS being ever interested in him romantically - and she told Larry King that she wasn't. I seriously doubt the judge is that loony that he would give the body to Stern.
HKS profile looks like the spawn of the Wicked Witch of the West.
So is Opri going to the family judge now?
oh let's all just JOIN HANDS... ; )
Well, I haven't had any interest in ANS or HKS before this hearing. But listening to what's been said during the hearing and on the pundit shows, it appears to this ANS newbie that if HKS had not been in ANS's life in recent years, she would not have had the successes she's recently had.
Before HKS, wasn't ANS basically a has-been? Didn't HKS arrange the reality show for her? Hasn't HKS been the one pursuing the Marshall inheritance, and didn't he help get the Supreme Court win?
It appears to me that without HKS, ANS would have been forgotten by now. Of course, she might still be alive. :)
MSNBC was wrong. Opri just said that it was their Texas buddy Mr. Quinn.
maybe. the other Birkhead atty just said they were going to get a FL order for DNA.
Wonder if they want to prove privately if Larry is the father?
How true! I believe it was spectre who noted also a similarity to the devil.
The judge asked him what him directly what he needed and it was the Texas atty who said "I just need some orange juice." - that was caught on camera.
Then...
The FOX reporter cuts in and says it was Virgies husband - but the another Fox reporter corrected her and said it was John O'Quinn, Texas Atty.
They can't get a FL order--no jurisdiction!
no? hey, you're the FL law expert, what CAN they do to resolve the paternity question? anything? Opri is saying he has jurisdiction to decide it based on FL law and is only avoiding it because of his feeling obligated to NOT ambush stern who came at his request, is that correct?
"Well, that implies that if HKS gets the body, the Judge's decision will be on what? He likes blonds?"
No. If you have followed this thread from the beginning like the rest of us have, you would see that all of us have been going back and forth with opinions regarding who will win the buriel issue. It has NOTHING to do with a bitchy blond attorney. It will all come down to the decision of one eccentric judge.....not the consensus of a jury.
I'd advise you to start at the beginning of this thread where the trial begins and start reading our thoughts and comments. Right now you make no sense to any of us, and for some reason, you want to say, "I told you so."
You haven't or will not tell us something we don't know already!
Child must have been conceived or born in the state. None of these people is even a resident of FL, how in the world would we have jurisdiction????
