Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
It was on the Sat before they left for FL on Monday, which was 2/3. It was sent from Rale or someone in CA to HKS at their home (or somewhere, maybe the MBEtc place) in The Bahamas.
Later on, after ANS died, HKS needed it and faxed a copy of it to Barth at her office in FL. That was something like 2-16, I believe.

I went to live feed a few minutes ago. The camera was zooming in to HKS and the papers he's reading. Although we couldn't see anything, it was obvious that Barth went over to the cameraman and apparently told him not to zoom. There was no sound, but after she talked with him, and moved her hand over the camera, he zoomed out.

She was due to *try* to get a piece of $88 million (no, that's not a small sum!) that *might or might not* have been awarded to her. It was her last chance and as far as I can tell, neither Rale nor Stern had yet filed anything towards that.

'If' the baby is born drug addicted, I am guessing she is not an easy baby. She'll probably have lasting effects. And it's not the baby's fault.
