Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Opri was asking this judge to allow her to go down the hall to a family law judge in order to "domesticate" the CA order. he shut her up. didn't say he couldn't do it thuogh.
And she made the most money from her TRIM-SPA endorsements and commercials.
Here's a hint..she didn't lose that weight from Trim-Spa alone.

that is simply horrifying, i saw it yesterday. and HKS is chuckling away while filming her in that state. it's extremely disturbing.

"American law governs that child, she is a US citizen. All of you in the media have the power to put the pressure on the Bahamian government to do what is right!"

HKS looks like Bob Saget's 'ugly' lil' brother.
His weasel like affectations speak volumes and his phony behavior tells it all.
I don't see how anyone could look at the guy and have a spec of empathy for him for any other reason than that he lost a client.

I cannot stand most of the people on CTV... I cannot take Ashley Banfield's analysis. She really proves every day this week why MSNBC was smart to fire her.
Anyways, Howard has already said he was NOT the biological father by omission. Ah, Socrates!!
Birkhead testified that when he visited the Bahamas home Smith and Stern shared last year, he became increasingly concerned about her drug use.
"They kept bringing more and more drugs in the house," he said, adding that Stern told him that Smith needed the prescriptions to live.
Birkhead said he suggested she enter drug rehabilitation, but that she told him: "I'm not a drug addict and quit calling me one."
Smith died February 8 in a Florida hotel, but the cause is still unknown.

i imagine that is the argument she would present to the FL family law judge. if i am not mistaken Shep had someone on yesterday saying something to that effect as well.
At this point, I thought anything was admissible in this courtroom.
