As we settle into the nighttime of despair, fret not, for the Sun will rise again!!
Good morning!!
We, here, will never forget those who died on September 11, 2001, as we seek to protect the Republic from all who will do her harm!!
The UN says that Iran will likely begin deployment of thousands of underground centrifuges next month--a precursor step to developing a nuclear weapon.
Pelosi and Murtha were in Baghdad on a "fact finding" mission and to "convey to our troops the appreciation of the American people for what they're doing, to applaud their patriotism"--as if either of them know what these things are.
A North Carolina legislator says that if films want to use the state's "filmmaker incentive" fund, the scripts will have to be screened first to ensure there isn't anything that would be "objectionable" to the state's citizens. The legislator is a Republican, by the way ,and the notion comes on the heels of the dispicable scene in Hounddog.
Also out of North Carolina--a scientist there has developed a short-cut for the morning coffee and donuts. The caffienated donut.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
Good morning to you as well.
We had a big discussion about those tomatoes last spring. Umm. I don't remember enough to give you details but I'm sure someone else does.
I am so discouraged and angry right now. I think I'll just live in a cave and not talk to anyone.
I really won't do that, but I sure want to.
I've read about the growing system you mentioned above, but I've never done it. I really don't have a good place to hang one, or I'd give it a try just to see if I could make it work.
For your reading pleasure, a book about rural church signs: go to readingeagle.com, click on 'religion', then scroll down to next to the last title in 'more religion..."
(For some unknown reason, I could not get this specific column to link, but I encourage you to give the site a try because it's about a book you just might want to read or buy.
Toby, I was going to do the upside down tomato planting last year. Never did. Hopefully this year I will.
I also used Big Boy tomatoe plants...another mistake because the growing tomatoes were too heavy and tended to break the plant stems.
However, I'm going to give it another try this spring/summer...but I'll use cherry tomato plants instead.
I was worried about the weight of the tomatoes, too. Cherry tomatoes would be a much better choice.
WHOA! It is cold out there!!...beautiful sunrise on its way, tho, it looks like.
Are any of you watching Chuck Schummer on Fox & Friends just now?
Bump for later reading, and thanks, Molly!
TV not turned on....what'd he say/claim?
Positively American: Winning Back the Middle-Class Majority One Family at a Time (Hardcover)
I just turned on the TV and I caught the tail end .. he was pushing for states/local government to bring down their property taxes and have the Feds pay for all of Education
Then he went on to talk about immigration ... that a fence won't work ... that the government needs to go after employers with stiffer penalties
That there needs to be a national employee card ... that when you apply for a job, the employer would swipe a card to see if you are hear legally
He also kept calling middle americans "The Baileys"
Thanks for the ping, and bump for later reading!
At last, a bumper sticker for both parties
.
FINALLY, someone has come out with a 100% bipartisan political bumper sticker. The hottest selling bumper sticker comes from New York state .
"RUN HILLARY RUN"
Democrats put it on the rear bumper.
Republicans put it on the front bumper.
moving furniture for carpet cleaner, & working out details of family get-together next summer, so I can reserve the right venue...
This long-distance planning is tricky!
