Alice Cooper was the first concert I ever went to. I probably sat there with my jaw dropped open the whole time. My dad wouldn't have gone anywhere near there - and wouldn't have let me if he knew what a rock concert was like.

Yeah, they finally came to Boise (well, Nampa actually), and were getting over $300 a ticket. Me? I'll play for the fun of it and free beer. :-)

Hehehehehe...yeah, ain't that the truth! To their credit, a few years later, my folks began letting my bro and me go to shows by ourselves. Of course, we had earned their trust by then, and we did manage to stay out of trouble. Some of the best shows I've seen were back in the 70s and early 80s...Rush, Foreigner, Kansas, Journey, Def Leppard, the Who, and so on.

"Queen of the Damned" film (2002, adapted from Anne Rice vampire novel), starring Aliyah and Stuart Townsend. One of the best "groaner" films ever made.

One would love to look into their lives I bet there are far worse things there than escaping into a fantasy world for a couple of hours.
One thing that comes to mind is how they abuse some posters than in my book is far worse they watching a movie with shock horror a liberal in it.

Another thing Dolly I do not know and to be honest do not care what he majority of actors/actresses politics or views on things are. They are just their views they have no affect politically unless you follow them blindly and certainly is nothing to do whether they are a good actor or actress.
Frankly I could care less and I judge a film on whether I like it or not, not who is in it and what their view on this or that.
