Thank you, thank you...
It just shows that
bash.org* really
is educational. ;)

That was my point. I never said NONE. That's why I asked, because I couldn't figure out what your intention was. Your statement came across like they should not drink at all, because of preparedness issues to me; at least to me. Of course, it could be the tequila shots I've been doing; I highly doubt that though:-)

no honey, i am not attacking the military. i am pointing out that the military that i love and grew up in, is being dismantled by a bunch of pc desk jockeys.
i still have a vested interest in how my military does.
To: Al Gator
I am doubting this is a lurker or they would have known how we work and how we treat some new comers, especially on such a topic like this,,one that could have easily have been written by a troll.

Of course, there's been no mention of the women serving on ships coming back from a cruise pregnant.
God Forbid that they actually address a REAL problem.

And this breaking you speak of was only moderately effective in the early 90's as it is today...when you get an all volunteer force you tend to not attract those who need to be totally rebuilt..they are there because they want to be and expect such treatment.. Excellent point.

that would be because you don't know what you are talking about when it comes to the military.
fr was not insulted. it's a great site. the arrogance of some of the posters was pointed out. in case you didn't get it, i was talking about you.
gotta run, but go on now and puff out your chest. you earned it.

You have a point. At first, I thought so too. However, I tried to get to the bottom of the point being made, and didn't concern myself with HOW it was being made.
The poster didn't cut and run, but dug in and defended herself. And she did a good job of it too.
Good flame trading is sometimes refreshing.

**didn't ask for it. don't expect it. what i am surprised to find, is the monumental amount of arrogance and self righteousness on this site. **
So, you whine about the drinking age and make ignorant remarks about the military in general. Your seeming lack of intelligence and common sense is showing. So sad.
To: Busywhiskers
You been reading a lot of ee cummings lately? His writing has overtones of William Faulkner with a hint of Hemingway. Or perhaps it just reads like a badly written Perl module. ;-)
