Your problem is that you distrust the police. I distrust parents who don't seem to want to answer questions or give much access to the son. If you think a 9 year old is incapable of murder, you are wrong. There are plenty of them around the world and some in this country. All I said was that I believe it was the son, and you call it ridiculous and it took you quite a few days to come down from whatever you were on to strike back at what I said. Grow up.

At the same time the ramsom note is so extremely bizarre that it would be impossible to believe that it was a botched kidnapping. The note is the most telling part of this crime.

" Mother walked in on ....... went into an uncontrollable rage that resulted in a fatal injury to the child."

"Per the Autopsy Report, Death was due to asphyxia, specifically a garot tied around her neck and twisted from behind. She was alive when strangled, we know this because of the petechial hemorrahages to the eyes. The fracture to her skull was POST MORTEM, after she was strangled. It did not cause her death. It was not discovered, per the Autopsy Report, until after her skull cap was removed. There was no evidence of external bleeding from this injury. I believe it was a coup des gras delivered by the killer for obvious reasons. There was nothing accidental about this horrible death."

Perhaps the garot was used to stop the blood loss from the head wound. Only 1 - 1/2 teaspoons of blood loss occured.

Think through this scenario and see if it makes sense:

Patsy wakes up in the middle of the night and John is not in bed. She wanders through the house, and notices JonBenet is not in her bed either. She becomes frightened and panicked and arms herself with a heavy object, like a golf club, pry bar, fire poker, (whatever)and wanders through the house looking for John and her daughter.

She walks through the basement and hears something, and by this time her adreniline levels are very elevated. She walks into the wine celler and witnesses John molesting JonBenet, and in a fury of anger and passion swings the object she armed herself with at both of them while she screams loudly. The object strikes the child, on the skull and she is knocked unconcious with a severe head wound. John realizes there's gonna be a lot of blood, and convinces Patsy that they must cover it up, and stop the bleeding. The garot cuts the blood flow to the head, and is the true cause of death, but the head injury would have eventually also led to death, and would expose exactly what happened.

This is pure conjucture, speculation and theory, yet ties everything together logically - including the 'Ransom Note', which was probably written with Patsy's left hand to appear not be be hers. Is there a link to the actual letter?

It makes sense to me, provided that John was able to calm Patsy quickly enough and devise the garot "plan" with such dispatch as to slow the bleeding from the head wound to a very small amount.

Quite honestly, that seems like it would take more time than the minimal loss of blood from the head wound would allow.

Autopsy does not support this theory. I just dont agree with this theory.

There was no blood loss from the " head wound." Hit with a blunted object that fractured the skull horribly, see autopsy report, but did not lacerate the scalp. Coroner was unaware of the fracture until he removed the skull cap during autopsy.Under the heading REMAINDER OF EXTERNAL EXAMINATION it states clearly " No scalp trauma is identified." She was strangled first and hit in the head last. Autopsy protocol is quite clear on this.

You're envy/hatred of the Ramseys is very apparent and it is clouding your judgement. IMO.

Colonel Mustard and Professor Plum were involved, that's all I'm at liberty to say.

"Autopsy does not support this theory. I just dont agree with this theory."

The blow to the head would not stop the heart, or breathing as those functions are controlled at the base of the brain, I believe. The 'garot' was a broken paint brush, like an artists brush, not the kind you paint walls with, and could have been the dog leash, or just laying around in the basement. Don't read too much into the garot, as if it is some advanced technology that required assembly in a foreign sweatshop. It was there, and if the theory is correct, was basically used to cover up the true nature of the 'accident', and may have been looked at by the Ramseys as an act of mercy. The taser thing to me also seems staged, like the changing of the PJs, the washed red turtleneck that was in the bathroom sink, blue towel fibers on the body suggesting 'cleaning up' and the staging of the bondage-like tieing of the wrists.

The ransom note seems to have been written by Patsy, so I'm only theorizing about what would cause these bizarre series of staged anomolies.

I stumbled on some good discussion here:

Works for me. You have to go where the evidence takes you, not the other way around. I believe this case will be solved. The sole reason the GJ did not return an indictment is because of the DNA found in her underwear. It is a strong, clear, male profile and does not match John or Burke.

They screwed up the crime scene, screwed up the investigation, and didn't really want a messy/ugly, very public trial. Everybody gets to go on about their lives, except, of course, the kid.

WOW!! I had NEVER read the entire message and the analysis......YIKES!!! VERY STRONGLY leans towards the Ramsey's as the killers!! Just the phrase "and hence" is enough to raise eyebrows!! Plus the smiles on their faces thru the whole ordeal was CREEPY!!

I don't hate or envy anyone, but your quickness to smear anyone who believes this could be a covered up accident by the Ramsey family is bizarre. Its a very disturbing and sad story, and drawing conclusions based on the weirdness of the evidence is not class envy - as you want seem to want it to be.

It was the son..

I sorta figured it was her son.

I always thought it was JonBenet's older brother

I think it was her son.

I think their son, Burke, accidentally choked Jon Bonet to death.

The kid was 9 years old! You honestly think a 9-year-old kid knew how to apply a garotte?!!! And did he also write the ransom letter?!!

So, where has the phsycotic killed again?? You said he had a history of killing...where is it?? The police have the DNA and it has matched anyone...right? A STRANGER who kills like this would kill and kill AGAIN!!

You are wrong. I neither envy (who would?) nor hate (don't even know them--my detached perspective is simply that: my personal point of view) the Ramseys.

I think it is pretty amazing that you draw your conclusions on the few comments I have posted...

He was a business associate (rival). Skim through some of the posts from the beginning of this thread. They contain more precise information which better explains it.
