" Mother walked in on ....... went into an uncontrollable rage that resulted in a fatal injury to the child."

"Per the Autopsy Report, Death was due to asphyxia, specifically a garot tied around her neck and twisted from behind. She was alive when strangled, we know this because of the petechial hemorrahages to the eyes. The fracture to her skull was POST MORTEM, after she was strangled. It did not cause her death. It was not discovered, per the Autopsy Report, until after her skull cap was removed. There was no evidence of external bleeding from this injury. I believe it was a coup des gras delivered by the killer for obvious reasons. There was nothing accidental about this horrible death."

Perhaps the garot was used to stop the blood loss from the head wound. Only 1 - 1/2 teaspoons of blood loss occured.

Think through this scenario and see if it makes sense:

Patsy wakes up in the middle of the night and John is not in bed. She wanders through the house, and notices JonBenet is not in her bed either. She becomes frightened and panicked and arms herself with a heavy object, like a golf club, pry bar, fire poker, (whatever)and wanders through the house looking for John and her daughter.

She walks through the basement and hears something, and by this time her adreniline levels are very elevated. She walks into the wine celler and witnesses John molesting JonBenet, and in a fury of anger and passion swings the object she armed herself with at both of them while she screams loudly. The object strikes the child, on the skull and she is knocked unconcious with a severe head wound. John realizes there's gonna be a lot of blood, and convinces Patsy that they must cover it up, and stop the bleeding. The garot cuts the blood flow to the head, and is the true cause of death, but the head injury would have eventually also led to death, and would expose exactly what happened.

This is pure conjucture, speculation and theory, yet ties everything together logically - including the 'Ransom Note', which was probably written with Patsy's left hand to appear not be be hers. Is there a link to the actual letter?

It makes sense to me, provided that John was able to calm Patsy quickly enough and devise the garot "plan" with such dispatch as to slow the bleeding from the head wound to a very small amount.

Quite honestly, that seems like it would take more time than the minimal loss of blood from the head wound would allow.

Autopsy does not support this theory. I just dont agree with this theory.

This is pure conjucture, speculation and theory,

It also presumes that Patsy could wildly wield some sort of club, miss her husband and crush her daughter's skull in a fit of fury and then later be rational enough to conspire with the man she just caught molesting her daughter so as to plan a cover-up. That's a pretty wild swing from out-of-control mom to calculating co-conspirator in a very short time. I'm not sure I can buy that.
