There's nothing really surgical they can do, so my options are limited as well. I just have to do the precautionary things like a guard at night to keep me from grinding my teeth.

They finally gave me one of those guards because I've just about ground my teeth down to nubs. The problem isn't only at night. Grinding my teeth has, over the years, become a reaction to stress.
