Hopefully, everyone knows who that is in the right hand side of the last panel, so I dont have to tell anyone (it should be obvious
can anyone guess?).
And now for two Dinklemeyers tonight, the second one being the most emotional of them all:
Here, I have just introduced the talking pig, and wanted establish some of the rules around him (subtitle included there). Hes a guy who acts smart and intellectual, but is not nearly as smart as he thinks he is. I couldnt myself explain why only Freddy could hear the pig talk, so I just decided that thats just how cartoons are.
But now for the emotional part. That Dinklemeyer cartoon was drawn on September 10, 2001. The next day, I didnt draw a usual Dinklemeyer, just this small tribute:
This drawing is a little crude, but in school that day, I drew it as I watched the events unfold on the classrooms TV. It also marks the first time I signed one of the cartoons.
I'm on the singles thread every week. It's a fun place to go even if you don't meet someone special right off. Lots of extensive chatting.
300 yet?
Sorry I am late. LOL good one! LOL funny to see Donkey so paranoid of the Danish Shark. LOL the Barbara Streisand CDs were a funny addition. I assume the one you wanted us to guess is Chavez? I loved the Dinkemeye cartoon. You are right. It was emotional.
Thanks Paul.
I'm not at 300 views but I did okay tonight.
You still here? I've got something for you.
I know some will no, but no one has come forth yet.
All I can come up with is either Tim Allen or maybe Robert Kline
That makes sense now ;=P
Speaking of lampooning, I was wondering if Matt and Trey are gonna have the nads to do a piece on the Danish/MuBOMBedd situation-or have they already? I know they have done Bin Ladin; I know they really lampoon Jesus; I know they ridicule Judaism; but will they go to the floor on this one?
They always say South Park will take on ANYONE...
I'm here! Too late?
If those two are afraid to lampoon this situation, we KNOW Islam is taking over.
It's remarkable how much Jack Klugman looks like Cindy Sheehan.
Yes, it is. BTW, this is last Friday's FReeptoon. Did you catch Tuesday's?
