Thanks, Pup,
My last day is 31-Jan...we're going to hang out in Chile until the last week in March. We plan on doing some tourist stuff...south of Chile, Buenos Aires, and generally kick back for a change.
Unless you are into construction or tourism, there's not much here, nully. But in those two fields there is more work than workers.
The big reason for hanging around is we have to ship out two Rotty girls home and it's summer down here and the airlines won't take pets if the temp is above about 75°. So, March will be just right...cooler down here and still cool in Dallas were we arrive.
Sounds like a plan. We're gonna miss hearing the mine stories and seeing pictures of the place. Now you'll have to keep us supplied with photos of the Idaho scenery.
That gives me a hangover just looking at it.
You're not going to drive up the Pan American Highway?
Not with the dogs...plus, the most dangerous part of the PanAm is going through Mexico. I'm chicken without being armed.
If you look to the right...east...this is the view of the Bitterroot Mountains and the Montana/Idaho border, and the continental divide.
What a beautiful place. No wonder you want to get back there.

.....Westy....
If cops show up at your door I know nothing about it.
(Besides they're kinda busy with a shots fired robbery)...
We are all praying for your speedy recovery.
When we don't see anything we begin to fear the worst.
I know the treatments get worse with time, I had a coworker just barely win the fight with pancreatic cancer, only to lose it immediately after to liver cancer. He said the worst part of the treatment was the cumulative effect.
Hope you get better soon.
Sleep well.
you don't bother me just want to know how you are doing?
Was this your last treatment hopefully?
*yawn* 'morning...
.....Westy.....
Good. Best of luck.
Isn't July 15 a special day down there, the day floriduhns celebrate as "mid air-conditioning day"? Half way through the time period you can go outside? Another 40 days until "Hurricane days", where if you do go outside,it's cool enough , but you might get......quite literally......blown away? You, yer house, yer dawg, yer truck, yer beach......
And then there's voter intstruction days.......I hear you need about 365 of those per year.....
