Isn't July 15 a special day down there, the day floriduhns celebrate as "mid air-conditioning day"? Half way through the time period you can go outside? As for voter instruction, I would think that those who habitually elect the Levin boys and John Conyers may need help in that area. We'll try to send you some assistance as soon as we finish counting the ballots from the 2000 election.
