I've seen some computer enhanced pieces of the Patterson tape, and I'll tell ya, they're dam convincing.
Most definitely a female with large, pendulous breasts.
I heard Patterson showed it to some movie mogul/special effects wizards and they said there was no way they could reproduce it unless they had a couple of years and a few tens of millions to spend.

Amazing story.
I once heard a bear crashing through the trees as I was deer hunting a number of years ago.
Saw a part of him, but he/she? was moving fast.
I was glad I was in a tree stand.
Didn't think much about the deer for awhile.
