AMERICA - The Right Way!! (Day 1781) [Remember the Trade Center!!]
Various News Sources and FReepers | December 6, 2005 | All of Us

Posted on 12/06/2005 6:11:39 PM PST by Chairman_December_19th_Society

We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!

Good morning!!

Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!

John sKerry on Disgrace the Nation answering a comment from Bob Schieffer ["Democrat Senator Joe Lieberman of Connecticut, he takes a very different view, Senator Kerry. He says basically that we should stay the course, because he says real progress is being made. He says, 'This is a war between 27 million Iraqis who want freedom and 10,000 terrorists.' He says we're in a watershed transformation. What about that"]:

I don't agree with that. But I think what we need to do is recognize what we all agree on, which is, you've got to begin to set benchmarks for accomplishment; you've got to begin to transfer authority to the Iraqis, and there is no reason, Bob, that young American soldiers need to be going into the homes of Iraqis in the dead of night, terrorizing kids and children, you know, women, breaking sort of the customs of the -- of -- of -- of -- historical customs, religious customs, whether you like it or not. Iraqis should be doing that.

Sadda, announced today that he will attend "an unjust court."

In Berlin, Secretary Rice stressed the United States does not condone torture.

And an Iranian military plane has crashed, killing 128.

For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

Finally I got my computer operating! Yay!

All it took was starting it up and then hitting the "escape" key, which allowed me to bypass ScanDisk. My husband's office computer guru called and helped me.

Everyone should have access to a computer guru, especially if they are technically challenged, like me!

The President's speech was quite good. I am hoping that in adition to getting more people on board with the administration, a bunch of people will start wondering why they didn't hear any of this information from the media.

Good afternoon.

We have about 9 inches of *s* and it's still coming down. This will be my first snowblowing for the year. The first is always the worst.

I'm wondering if these codepink broads are the offspring of the 1930s "entertainers" who imigrated from Russia to settle in the US and brought their socialist/communist ideas with them? Just a thought, President Reagan knew these people for what they were and what they wanted to do to the US.

We will be getting your storm here tomorrow. The last report from The Coopster said that we are expecting 3-6 inches. Also, it's very cold here, so it won't melt off the streets.

The Coopster is in snow plowing mode. I will be keeping the grandkids here tomorrow evening, as DIL has a business function she must attend as part of her job, and The Coopster will be plowing.

I need to stock up on snacks!!

You'll be getting snow while the forecast for us here in NC is the dreaded ICE on Friday.

The President's speech was FILLED w/info that the MSM has ignored. These accomplishments MUST be reiterated repeatedly to combat the dem lies.

We need to use the posted copy of the President's speech to make a complete list of them for OUR talking points.

Yep, sounds like you need to stock up on snacks.

I'm making vegetable stock for the week. The house smells really good.

Great! You're here..now you can postpone the decision on the new computer...

MozartLover, we're doing the Christmas portions, but choruses, arias, that we're doing are in all 3 sections...like the last 2 choruses in Part 3...I've come to particularly enjoy "He Trusted in God" as it is a fugue, and just takes off and rocks. Love it!...

As for the flute ensemble, the conductor styled it: Flute-Rama, but said it's also referred to as: Flute-Trauma!

Hi john. Hope you're settling in. I made turkey soup yesterday, and it's perfect for the cold temps we're having!

I'm unpacking boxes today and making piles of stuff. Books here, electronics there, clothing in that pile, kitchen stuff in the kitchen. And a great big pile for trash. I'm simplifying my life. By an order of magnitude.

I'm making soup on Friday. Mr. Marple wants vegetable soup, which sounds like a good idea to me.

How do you make it?

Handed down by mom and her family we make it with beef, cabbage, tomatoes, carrots, potatoes and celery.

I usually don't add cabbage, because I like to keep it simmering all day, and cabbage seems to get pretty strong.

Beef, carrots, potatoes, peas, corn, green beans, and onions. Large can of crushed tomatoes. Paprika also.

I am probably going to make a vegetarian version since I think our daughter will be coming over for supper. I will add some extra spices to give it a bit more of a kick, and serve a hot bread with it.
