His show is energized and his guitar ,i>ain't too bad either. He has a wonderful way with the audience....includes them...talks to them in between songs...good show!!
In fact, before we went to the show, hubby said...(country music fan that he is and I taught him) Ewww! I don't like him.. After the show.... Wow! He's much better than I thought. LOL

No wonder....I usually don't watch American Idol. (Guess everyone else knew who she was, though.)
Hope she does well. It really was obvious on that song tonight just what a good voice she has.

Most people today don't know it, but a number of top stars got their starts in talent contests in the past, including Frank Sinatra. If a young person has talent, but has no money or connections, sometimes a talent contest is the only way they can catch a break.
