bet ol Waylon would give these clowns an earful

The good ones always die early. Waylon was my favorite, hands down.

Still can't get around Waylon's death. IMO the most talented of the Highwaymen and yet the most underrated.

Are you serious? Waylon IS the Highwaymen.

At least country music tends to be cleaner than a lot of stuff these days. Hip-hop, rap and modern R&B make me sick.

Hey, you're right! And country music for hippies, though real hippies don't exist any more.

Paisley is very talented and his understated style is refreshing.

Waylum changed it all

I knew him pretty well in the later years.

My ex-fiancee was his office manager.

he was very non-pretentious

Jesse too

and generous

but don't cross him

could ask June and Johnny if they hadn't died...Waylum never forgave them for pushing religion on him

he was a real independent thinker

IT's just a song about love that's gone bad...that's all...It's called ACTING..and kinda satirizing all the country duets who have loved and broken up. They are so in love it's so obvious.

I'm new to county and like mostly the new stuff. But "Galveston" is good stuff, so is "Amarillo by morning". Like Walyon too
