I just looked it up in the IMDb...
"An ambitious Asian Briton and his white lover strive for success and hope, when they open up a glamorous laundromat."
Yep... Reason for a breakup. Remind me not to see it.

Oh, then from what I read, miss Brokeback Mountain!Miss it???! From what I've read, unless you're really into gay sex, skip it altogether. This isn't even rough & tumble "cowboy sex" as advertised through channels, it's really just "queer shepherd & gay camp follower" sex.
Bareback Mountain, it's going down for the count. You are not missing a thing by skipping it. Unless you really enjoy playing in dungheaps.

"...after decades of ICBM nuclear threat it would be hard to understand." Not sure I understand your point here. I know that a lot of people say, "I'd rather die than ...." except that reality intrudes in these aspirations.
The children were sent out of a war zone, the capital cities. Their nation remained in danger, but there was no sense allowing them to remain in a target zone. I don't think anyone has difficulty understanding that.

Are you going to share? :-)

Well, the reviewers are defending it. That's not a good sign.
We are such uneducated and uncultured plebes, you know. We just don't understand art.

My point is that today
every locale is a potential target. In WWII that was, initially, not the case. The Doolittle raid on Tokyo was done explicitly to advise the Japanese that even though they owned much of the Pacific at that time, their homeland was not invulnerable.
I suspect the 1940s idea of a "war zone" only peripherally exists today. That, say, Stornoway might somehow have been an attractive target for the Nazis is not unimaginable (once one has come up with a reason for same), but for the Nazis to deliver bombers to that locale largely uncontested is a different matter.
But today, in the age of ICBMs, Stornoway is little different from Atlanta but for the defensive equipment arrayed before it.
Today there is no place that is not potentially a target zone...

Um... It's about two cowboys who like each other as more than "just friends". And they have their own hump tent I hear.

Um... It's about two cowboys Last I heard it's about a shepherd and a camp follower, not a real cowboy or two.
You have info to the contrary, tell me. I'm not going to see this (-deleted-).

The ads push this as cowboys. Maybe they are pushing a Village People angle.
Who would want to ever go see this cr@p, I agree?

"Today there is no place that is not potentially a target zone... " Especially since we have a lower class of enemy, who do not understand why it is militarily foolish to target innocent civilians.
These guys would try to boil a frog with a flamethrower.
"Peace. Peace. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means."
