some rapper punk or whoever was just on trying to get people to donate money to the red cross. He was on with Mike Myers (Wayne's World). Mike Myers asked people to donate...then Kanye West went on a tirade about Iraq, Mike Myers said something else, and then Kanye says "GEORGE BUSH DOESN'T CARE ABOUT BLACK PEOPLE!"
WHAT A FREAKING OUTRAGE!!!!!!!!!
That's every bit as outrageous as the original comment.
Rap Music has become nothing more then remakes and talking to a premade beat. These rappers are getting rich off the the poor people they claim they care about. Now I am sure there are some rappers out there who do truely care and give back to the community but I have yet to see a single one do it.
You're right. Energy and resources right now must be used in absolutely constructive ways. A lot of people, black, white, red and yellow have been hurt by this MASSIVE storm. West is nothing more to me than a toot in a whirlwind. Neither Red Cross, nor anyone else, can help what every MOUTH says. Of course, they will surely be told plenty about it. To alienate half of the potential donors is not smart.
Geraldo just lost it on hannity and colmes
As for us, it won't affect our donations because it's not about dumb POSs who use a disaster such as this to get face time or make political statements. It's not about him. I hate these stupid concerts that always pop up. These people could just keep their mouths shut and dig into their own pockets, but they're too much of attention whores to do that.
It's the American spirit to say the President is a racist when he is not?
potty mouth! Your mother know you talk like that?
I really hate people like this. I really have hate for people who stir the race pot like that.
Excellent question.
That's the rumor on a lot of black messageboards and has been for some time. He's a strong supporter of gay rights among, which is rare for a rapper.
Who?
I guess this one goes in the ever-expanding "Shut Up and Sing" file. LOL.
The problem is that there are no high-profile black people refuting these irresponsible comments. When all we hear are irreponsible comments by Jesse Jackson, Jesse Jackson, Jr., Al Sharpton, Kayne West, Sheila Jackson-Lee, Julianne Malveaux, Maxine Waters, the idiot congressman from Harlem, whatever his name is, and the like it is very easy for non-thinking white people to attribute that thinking to blacks in general. These idiots spewing their venom is horrible for race relations.
Stick with the Salvation Army. Also Feed the Children (plugged by Hugh Hewitt and Michael Medved). A mission organization that is part of the Southern Baptist Convention is also mobilized (mentioned on Hugh Hewitt's program).
Anyone have a Babygirll->English, English->Babygirll dictionary handy?
What did Geraldo say?
