I saw Maher on Jay Leno not long ago, and noticed that he is really unhinged. I don't think it was booze or drugs, I think he's mentally ill. Fine by me.

Also, why wasn't Bill Maher on the Top 50 Ugly People List?
I'd put him in the Top Five.
