We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
Good morning!!
Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
The anti-Americanism of the media is reaching new heights in the Battle for Fallujah. The AP has taken 28 "newsworthy" photographs that are making the rounds of the Internet. NOT A SINGLE ONE IS TAKEN FROM THE AMERICAN PERSPECTIVE! EVERY ONE EITHER INTENTIONALLY SHOWS IRAQI CIVILIAN SUFFERING OR THE EXPLOITS OF THE INSURGENTS!
Ok, it is clear some balance is needed. Following are a few of the pro-American photographs of our troops risking their very lives for us out there.

Elsewhere in the news:
Howard Dean is considering a bid to replace Terry McAwful as head of the democRATS.
BS says "we shall see the reign of witches pass over," denigrating Thomas Jefferson (that was his quote by using it to slam President Bush.
What is also interesting is that BS says the Jeffersonian quote sums up the frustration of 48% of America. Of course, 48% is not a majority, and the left lost no opportunity of pointing that out over the last four years with respect to the President's popular vote total in 2000.
Five words to BS and those she claims to represent:
YOU LOST! GET OVER IT!
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
Hahaha Bev.. I am killing the thread for you?
Just wanted to mention one more thing. One of the widowers I took a meal to & chatted a bit with is one I dont know well..til today. He is 75. Lost his wife about one year ago. They had a strong marriage. He cries for her daily . I note he has lost probably 50 # since she died. He is maybe 150.. slim.
I know that the meal was my "in".. I feel so overwhelmed with all the needs in life to help with. We chatted about half hour.
He is lonely, lost, sad. He does trust God but just yearns to join her. I hated to leave.
Hey you.. what did you think of my Gillian pix for you yesterday? I tried another bigger (nicer) one but it could not post.
Who in the West knows for sure? But if we don't capture or kill him in Fallujah, I say we should opt for plan B and just drive him bananas.
First, we recruit and train a dozen or more Zarqawi look-a-likes and have each make video tapes claiming to be the real Zarqawi and demanding that all imposter Zarqawi's immediately behead themselves, and then send the tapes to al-Jazeera.
Next we release the Zarqawi CD, "Zarqawi Sings the Gospel", which will lead off with a stirring rendition of "Onward, Christian Soldiers".
Then we have an Iraqi front company introduce a new line of intimate lubricants called "Zarqawi Jelly", and use flaming transvestites to promote the product as being endorsed by Zarqawi, himself.
And finally, we rescind the $25 million reward for his capture and replace it with a $25 million reward for NOT turning him in. (Proof of purchase required.)

(Always keep the other side wondering.)
I think we're over the hump in terms of mail volume. Catalogs have been burying us, but it's now declining. It's true we have Christmas cards to look forward to, but they are sorted by machine and don't amount to as much work. Packages will soon be burying us and I will probably have some days I'll have to make two trips including one just for packages.
You know, I've thought about other lines of work. I'm doing this in part because my mother suggested it and I finally gave in. And once I got in, I found that I enjoyed it more than I expected to. I like the people I work with and have fun there, then get to listen to my favorite talk radio shows while I deliver mail.
If you have any sort of ego, it gets stomped on when people berate you for any mail problems, real or imagined. I have to admit there are times that I want to let people know the "real" me and my background, but that's not why I'm there. I'm better off just making the most of it and trying to stay upbeat. It's only the last 3 months or so that have been particularly challenging and I think I'm over the hump.
I do wish I could get my pay situation straightened out. By my calculations they still owe me about $700 for work done in September. Right now we're paying bills and getting out of the hole we were in from early summer.
Ack! I missed them! This cold has totally screwed me up! But Gillian is just a flirtation. Laura Ingraham is the future Mrs. ABG. ;^)
Good choice since Laura is single & I believe Gillian is not.
Now, if I am NOT flower girl, I expect at least an invite to wedding.
I just pumped myself with excedrin, alka seltzer flu, vit C, vit B, zinc, ench, and washing it down with cabernet. Nose spray & hot bath. massage would be nice.
Excellent analysis from wretchard. I hope he's right about the pickets and fist effect in Ramadi. I sent this around to my email list.

On another note, I was losing sleep over this. NOT! Liberal Sen. Chafee Says He'll Stay Republican
hang tight friend. Get thru the holiday rush & then see what God might have for you.. I think sometimes work can be like a bad marriage.. you hang in there because it IS THERE & you are not sure the "other" might not be worse. The miserable KNOWN is better than the unknown.

Please tell him for me that it is OK to have a PITY PARTY, but...he must clean up afterwards:-)
For anyone who EVEN starts to feel yucky....please start using Zi-Cam or Airborne......they are both terrific and literally stop cold/flu symptoms.
T'is a bad year. Too much went wrong. Turner to the Raiders, Boston gone early, Mare out, oh never mind, shiite happens.
Sidebar: Your boys did good this year. Looks like the ghost of No No Nanette has been exorcised from Fenway.
