Use courts to fight him. State courts then Federal courts. Slow him down and frustrate him.
I wonder if that’s part of the plan. All the smaller landlords who use the rent to just have a normal life, pay their bills, feed their family and maintain the rental properties will be screwed. Then, companies like Black rock can move in and scoop up the properties.

Because I heard CNN claiming he’s not a communist, he’s a democratic socialist, I looked it up.
They are raving lunatic communists. The “democracy” includes people workers taking over all production and “voting” on what society needs, then doing it for the good of society with no profits. The “workers” own and control the means of production.
They are absolute communist authoritarians. What freedom will you have in a society where you’d like to open a grocery store, but the “people” tell you we don’t need that and you’re not allowed to make money. It will be rule by commie thugs and of course they will be the ones living like kings.
Of course he was divisive. If you look at these failed societies in South America and elsewhere, they put most people in poverty, but they constantly tell you some enemy (whites, billionaires, Christians, America) is out to get you. They rule by hate.
I watched the Democrat victory speeches. Not a single policy, just empty rhetoric and they’re going to fight somebody.

President Trump should tell them: you want to be governed by a commie, fine. As of today all federal funding will be yanked. There is no reason why the rest of the country should subsidize your little experiment. You are on your own.
Oh and by the way, all the criminals and illegals that you seem to love are your responsibility; if they go into another state and commit crimes they will be summarily executed.
