Jack Smith (that can’t be his real name) isn’t in the country.

Brennan and the CIA spied on Congress, too.

What--if any--punishment was exacted for that?

Zero.

Oh Jack, What have you done? You’ve been a naughty little boy. Assume the position.

Why would the FBI spy on faggot Lindsey Graham? He voted to accept Biden’s fraudulent electors on January 6th, and even congratulated Kamel Toe on the Senate floor, while patting her shoulder. And Marsha Blackburn??? She frigging voted for Biden’s fraudulent electors, after proclaiming days earlier, that she was going to reject them. Rand Paul did the same.

Jack Smith. Arch Villain. He even looks like the top bad guy from the original Superman II movie.

And WHEN the democrats get in, they will do it all again. No memos, no “policy changes”, no new laws will stop it.

One and only ONE thing will stop it. The ARREST and imprisonment of the FBI agents involved, and everyone in the chain of command that was involved. This was deeply criminal... and Blondie won’t do a thing except run to Fox. Congress, including those spied on, won’t do a thing, except complain and issue strongly worded letters.

And the FBI will STILL get it’s now multibillion dollar HQ center.

First of all, could Smith just get the records from the phone companies without a warrant, and if not, did a judge sign off on this?

As far as I can tell, this is not actual content of phone calls, but the meta data that is collected such as phone numbers call, duration of the call, and the location of the calls.

While everyone seems to be outraged at this, we probably need to be more outraged that this is probably legal, and probably happened a lot more than we even know.

John Solomon Reporting:

RE: ‘Arctic Frost’ — it has now been officially referred to @FBIDirectorKash and @AGPamBondi for criminal investigation and prosecution.

Senator Chuck Grassley and Senator Ron Johnson via WHISTLEBLOWER: CONFIRM a criminal conspiracy between the Biden White House, the FBI’s Washington Field Office, prosecutors from the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Washington, D.C., and Special Prostitute Jack Smith — to plan, approve, and execute Arctic Frost with the intent to frame, arrest, prosecute, and imprison Donald J. Trump, effectively attempting to overthrow the constitutional republic of the United States.

Operation ‘Arctic Frost’ formed the basis of Special Prosecutor Jack Smith’s false elector case, under which President Donald Trump was later charged with conspiracy to defraud the United States for his campaign’s efforts to assemble alternate slates of electors — which that the United States government was overthrown during the 2020 election.

Senator Chuck Grassland and Senator Ron Johnson:

“We have obtained additional Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) communications through legally protected whistleblower disclosures that show a conspiracy among anti-Trump FBI agents and prosecutors in setting up and advancing the Arctic Frost investigation.

As we have explained in our previous correspondence, Arctic Frost was the codename for the investigation which ultimately became Jack Smith’s elector case against President Donald Trump.”

Truthfully, I’m glad. Maybe congress will think twice before authorizing another surveillance bill.
