No surprise. He had dementia that whole time he was special councel of the fake Russia gate investigation.
I recall that it was known that he had dementia, although may be not how serious it was, at the time that he was chosen to investigate Trump. It may be that he was chosen specifically because it was known that he had dementia.
Could be fake but if its not than I wouldn’t want that to happen to anyone even someone I really didn’t like.

The first clinical signs are throwing ash trays or lamps, biting women’s lips, placing condoms on Christmas Trees, and cramming computer servers into bathroom closets. Advanced stages present themselves with mysterious baking claims, arranging pebbles or shells in the sand in some sort of codes, and appointing all your staff and children to NGO’s and non profit boards along with six figure salaries.
