The Department of Justice on Wednesday announced that it is forming a Strike Force to investigate Barack Obama and Obama Administration officials for the coup d’état to defraud and overthrow the incoming President, Donald Trump, in 2016.
The new team will “assess the evidence publicized by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and investigate potential next legal steps which might stem from DNI Gabbard’s disclosures.”
Pam Bondi said in a statement, “the Department of Justice is proud to work with my friend Director Gabbard and we are grateful for her partnership in delivering accountability for the American people. We will investigate these troubling disclosures fully and leave no stone unturned to deliver justice.”

This Department takes alleged weaponization of the intelligence community with the utmost seriousness.

PS. Official Acts Immunity:
The court recognized that presidents have broad immunity from criminal prosecution for official acts taken while in office.
Core Powers:
The ruling specifically identifies certain “core constitutional powers” of the president, such as commanding the armed forces and conducting foreign relations, as deserving of absolute immunity.
Presumptive Immunity:
For other official acts, the court granted presumptive immunity, meaning the government must rebut this presumption to pursue prosecution.
No Immunity for Unofficial Acts:
The court made it clear that there is no immunity for actions that are not official presidential acts.

Everybody knew at the time, and knows now for sure that the coup organizers (Brennan and s-h-i-t) did not act on their own and that Obama ordered the action in 2016. Here are a few predictions:
1. Obama is arrested, indicted, pleads guilty, gets 99 years, pardoned by Trump, loses his political power, lives Nixon’s life.
2. Obama is arrested, indicted, pleads not guilty, trial, jury finds him guilty, he gets 59 years, pardoned by Trump, loses his political power, lives Nixon’s life.
3. Obama is arrested, indicted, pleads not guilty, trial, jury finds him not guilty, loses his political power nevertheless, lives Nixon’s life.
In any of those outcomes, Obama’s influence in American politics is finished, Dems as a party look bad and our beloved President Trump and the Republican party look good and magnanimous, a win-win situation.
Warner is quaking in his boots because he is knee deep in the conspiracy.
There is a limited amount of time available, and we have a very corrupted judicial system. Trials in the Washington DC district courts are a guaranteed acquittal for any Democrats, regardless of an "air-tight" case.
Laws mean nothing to the Democrats and their sponsors other than tools to justify their orders to the peasants.
Patience is not a virtue here. Any trials must be held in carefully selected venues where Democrat judges are not in control.
