Bombshell Transcripts Reveal Trump, in Fact, Ordered National Guard for January 6th — General Milley Confirms Trump Urges Top Pentagon Officials to Deploy’ Guard, or Soldiers, Active Duty Soldiers’

A groundbreaking report from Steve Baker has unveiled crucial transcripts proving that President Donald Trump did indeed request National Guard deployment to ensure a peaceful protest on January 6th, 2021.

These newly surfaced transcripts, which were previously concealed, reveal the truth that many in the mainstream media have ignored.

According to the documents, General Mark Milley, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, confirmed that President Trump expressed concern about the potential for unrest and proactively ordered the necessary precautions.

On January 3, 2021, just three days before the protest, General Milley recalled the president saying, “Hey, look at this. There’s going to be a large amount of protesters here on the 6th. Make sure that you have sufficient National Guard or Soldiers to make sure it’s a safe event.”

Trump reportedly added, “I don’t care if you use Guard, or Soldiers, active duty Soldiers, do whatever you have to do. Just make sure it’s safe.”

These damning revelations fly in the face of the narrative propagated by the mainstream media and Democrats who have continuously blamed Trump for the chaos that unfolded on January 6th. The president’s clear directive to deploy the National Guard days before the event highlights his intentions to maintain law and order during the protest.

The transcripts also reveal that other Pentagon officials failed to act on Trump’s requests. Chief Steven Sund of the U.S. Capitol Police made an urgent plea for the National Guard on January 6th as officers fought for their lives.

Doesn’t matter.

The lie is out there.

And it is entrenched in the minds of millions.

“Congress is useless.”

As much as I agree you are right about the worth of congress, this incident was not congresses fault. The POTUS, in this case Trump, can offer, or the governor of any state can request, the use of national guard troops, in some cases like this one since it is being called an insurrection, at federal taxpayer cost under title 10. But the POTUS cannot send in any troops unless it was cleared by the govenor, in this case the mayor of Washington D.C. So Trump obviously recommended it, but the people who had to make the decision to bring them in refused the offer. Trump did his best, the libs screwed it up. (Possibly knowingly)

If that’s what happened, something is wrong. DC is NOT a state.

“DC is NOT a state.”

You’re correct, it is a territory. But for the use of the national guard or other federal military assistance, it acts like a state. The only difference is that the mayor of D.C. has to request for troops to go into the city/territory to the president for them to be allowed to go in. But there are rules. And for law enforcement it is very sketchy. This is why it is difficult to get federal paid troops into a state as it has to be either an insurection or an attack on federal property which the federal troops will only be protecting like federal reservations, VA’s, or embassies.

Three days before the pro-President Trump riot at the Capitol, the Pentagon asked the U.S. Capitol Police if it needed National Guard manpower. And as the mob descended on the building Wednesday, Justice Department leaders reached out to offer up FBI agents. The police turned them down both times, according to a Defense official and two people familiar with the matter. This was from an article from the LA Times, a true liberal mouthpiece. All the mayor had to do was ask.

DC is actually a federal district, not a territory. My point is that DC should not be treated as a state. Whenever the President determines it expedient, he should be able to order federal forces into the District. Laws that prevent him from doing so are misguided and possibly unconstitutional.

“My point is that DC should not be treated as a state”

The Posse Comitatus Act bars federal troops from participating in civilian law enforcement. This 143-year-old law embodies an American tradition that sees military interference in civilian affairs as a threat to both democracy and personal liberty.

Members of the National Guard are rarely covered by the Posse Comitatus Act because they usually report to their state or territory’s governor. That means they are free to participate in law enforcement if doing so is consistent with state law. However, when Guard personnel are called into federal service, or “federalized,” they become part of the federal armed forces, which means they are bound by the Posse Comitatus Act until they are returned to state control.

Within the Posse Comitatus Act the District of Columbia National Guard Unlike all other state and territorial National Guards is always under presidential control. So title 32 does not apply here. However, without the request of the mayor of D.C. the POTUS cannot send in troops until that request has been applied. Trump recommended the use of nationl guard troops well in advance of the function and the mayor turned it down. And even when it started the mayor refused and declared that local law enforcement could handle the situation. The liberals made the decision and then after the fact tried to imply it was Trump’s fault they weren’t activated. Trump did what he was supposed to do and in advance.

The Posse Comitatus Act bars federal troops from participating in civilian law as this law embodies an American tradition that sees military interference in civilian affairs as a threat to both democracy and personal liberty.

Same thing happened in Seattle, Washington, and Portland, Oregon. However, in Oregon the Homeland Security did enter and arrested civilians for setting government facilities on fire. But that was federal property only and didn’t apply to civilian property threats. The D.C. mayor blew it.

Trump reportedly added, “I don’t care if you use Guard, or Soldiers, active duty Soldiers, do whatever you have to do. Just make sure it’s safe.”

And then the deep state decided it was okay to beat and shoot protestors. Then, MSM says protestors caused some fed a heart attack or some BS.....

Looks like this information was hushed for awhile, but when the whole thing occurred originally, I remember the president saying what he did. Maybe this will shut Hillary’s big mouth for awhile.....and including some others as well.
