Generally when ya see a fatal pedestrian vs car incident you’ll see their shoes left behind at the scene. One can imagine the brutal force/energy when a human is impacted by a 3,000 pound fast moving steel hammer, better known as a car.

The Haitians do not have to do anything more than show up at the DMV to get their drivers license.
As part of the Biden/Harris special protections for these should be illegal aliens, they are issued a 45 day special exemption document that gives the right to to get a temporary drivers license.
This applies for most all illegals flown directly into the US on the taxpayer dime and who receive special protected status.
It's not just Haitians , it's Cubans, Venezuelans, Nicaraguans and others
Once they already have temporary license, they simply go into the DMV and renewal and get a permanent drivers license just by filling out a renewal form. They get their new permanent drivers license issued with a wink and a nod as this is a sneaky way to circumvent both the driver testing process and to avoid scrutiny and accountability to hide the situation from the public
They do not even have have to show proof of identity as far as I can tell.
It's hard to info because officials are very tight lipped about everything that is going on with the "migrants" and all the benefits that are being showered on them.
Oh, and in most states, they are registered to vote as part of their drivers license

Almost as important, they don’t have sense of following our rules/laws - starting off with coming into our country illegally. Heck, if they can’t be follow that simple law how are they going to follow traffic laws, hunting laws (geese and pets), thefts and rape?

GIs laid protracted siege on jail. Ambulance pulled up allowing rat thug bosses to escape, leaving their minions at the jail. Minions eventually gave up but widespread news led to reform-mindedness among future voters and severely weakened machine politics in Tennessee.
I'm guessing you're saying machine politics is alive and well in Ohio with Governor 'Haiti' DeWine in the role of Boss Tweed.
Let's see how future VP Vance deals with it while he IS still a sitting Senator for that state.
