Kathy Heaton, a 71-year-old resident of Springfield, Ohio, was struck and killed by a car driven by a Haitian illegal a day after her 71st birthday
“It was around 5:40 in the morning. The trash had come early that day and we think that’s what probably woke her up,” Kathy’s daughter-in-law said
The impact was so severe that her socks were left on the pavement, and debris and clumps of hair were found on the car's windshield
Prosecutors decided not to charge the driver, 38-year-old Robenson Louis. He was reportedly him driving with expired license plates
“They didn’t feel that it was anything prosecutable. We don’t know why. The only facts I know are that two prosecutors met and felt there were no charges to be filed. We were devastated”

“He tried to cut off the truck behind me and get over, so they honked their horn at him, and he tried to overtake me on the corner,” she said.
The Haitian driver, who remained at the scene, told The Post he was licensed and was driving to his job at Amazon. He said he had lived in the US for three years.
“I went to turn, there was an accident and that's it. Why are you asking me questions?” he said.
Pretty much sums up the attitude of our new preferred class of demographic replacements.

The illegals are wards of the Federal Government. The government imported them into Ohio. The 71 year old’s family needs to sue the Feds for allowing one of their illegals to run over elderly American people. Americans first.
When Trump shed light on Sarah Root’s illegal alien killer paying $5,000 of a $50,000 bail and absconding, it put tremendous pressure on Nebraska authorities. Bail involving illegal aliens went up in to the millions and a Nebraska judge barely missed out on being recalled. Her killer, Edwin Mejia, went on the Top Ten list. I remember Sen. Grassley’s staff telling the family they had never seen that happen before because the Top Ten was reserved for illegal alien murders, drug dealing etc.
Need prosecutor names widely distributed. Locals need to band together and throw the Mayor and City Attorney out of office.
