It looks like she did just that. She’s back off the wagon now that her big CNN interview is over. Notice the “joy”. So much more “joy” from her today compared to the interview. When she’s laughing uncontrollably, when her eyes look glazed over, that’s when you know she had a little too much “joy” before taking the stage.
Can someone explain this? Was she trying to imitate the “Detroit accent”? Who was she trying to pander to?
