Robert F. Kennedy Jr. officially endorsed Donald Trump for President and joined Trump at a rally in Glendale, where he was given a thunderous and enthusiastic welcome.
While many in the MAGA movement were thrilled with the endorsement and his pledge to help President Trump fight the Deep State, some members of his family publically issued a cruel statement criticizing his decision.
The statement, signed by Kathleen Kennedy Townsend, Courtney Kennedy, Rory Kennedy, Chris Kennedy, and Kerry Kennedy, read:
“We want an America filled with hope and bound together by a shared vision of a brighter future, a future defined by individual freedom, economic promise and national pride. We believe in Harris and Walz. Our brother Bobby’s decision to endorse Trump today is a betrayal of the values that our father and our family hold most dear. It is a sad ending to a sad story.”

JOY!!!!
It is always good to be the adult in the room.
If they weren’t filthy rich they’d be Irish travelers.
I appreciate RFK Jr’s expressed positions on Big Pharma, Big Food, Child Protections, and Border. His views on Abortion and Climate are too far Left, but not sure that would have much of an impact on policy.
HOORAY RFK Jr.
You Sound like a democrat.
He should have told the, to F off since they want side with the people that are openly working overtime to destroy their own country. Townsend… a has been that even Maryland first rejected 40 years ago.
“I never was a big Kennedy fan but JFK was a patriot and fiscally conservative.”
He was a WW2 combat vet, life member of NRA, and my Commander in Chief when I went in. Didn’t vote for him but that was when America was still America and democrats were still patriots and friends. Long gone, Assassination was a shocking, life altering day for one and all.
I remember what seat I was sitting in in 3rd grade when the awful news from Dallas came in. America has never been the same again!paraphrase “We will go to the moon this decade” “not because it is easy but because it is hard” Bobby’s back door diplomacy with Dobrynin saved us from WWIII
aka an idiot
Which of the women is the sister of the rapist Kennedy??
Mary Jo
This statement is easily refuted. JFK was an ardent anticommunist, a pro-business tax-cutter, was pro-health and exercise for kids, and at least paid lip service to the Catholic Church, which in his day condemned abortion to the extent that it was unmentionable, an abomination.
He would if alive today, barring any reversal of his beliefs, be appalled at most of the planks of the modern DNC, and be utterly opposed to the beliefs of his extended family.
That is, except for RFK Jr., who hates totalitarianism, censorship and other abrogation of free speech, corruption in government, groupthink, and the military-intelligence-industrial-health care King Rat that our government has melded with.
He needed to say more to his pinheaded family members, including that the Rat party is obviously evil, un-American, and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Internationale.
The whole monkey-faced lot of them missed an opportunity for a comeback that RFK Jr., alone will now enjoy.
And the losers have been running on fumes now for about 55 years.
Good interview. God keep him safe.
RFK Jr, when asked if his endorsement of Pres Trump was for revenge, said, No! I don’t hold revenge against anyone. That is like swallowing a poison pill, and, hoping someone else will die.
That is a stunningly negative post.
You need to get some fresh air, walk a dog, go to the beach, and then celebrate our great victory of getting the first member of the Kennedy family to support our Republican candidate for President.

You're not wrong, but I suspect you're responding to a cynical old man who can do nothing but filter his entire existence through a tired political lens. So we see what we see.
We humans should be capable of the full range of emotions—and that includes happiness and celebration when appropriate.
The RFK Jr. conversion/endorsement is one of the most uplifting political stories of our generation.
I would hope everyone on our side should be capable of experiencing that.

This statement by Bobby Kennedy Jr. is what I love: “I think we all need to be able to disagree with each other and still love each other.”
