Innocent rallygoers were shot, and one was brutally murdered. The callous media is oblivious. We don’t have the people’s names yet, but it’s very heartbreaking. They went to enjoy themselves and show support. Now, one is deceased, murdered and two are critically injured.
We are so sorry for the victims and their families.
The witness had been speaking to the deceased man, who was with his family. He died in front of his family.
The man was shot in the head. It reminded the witness of the Zapruder film of the shooting of JFK.
If CNN really wants to rebuild the network from the ashes, they need to get better reporters.

Other than that Mrs. Lincoln, how did you enjoy the play?.....…

His name was Corey Comperatore. They’re either willfully ignorant or delaying the inevitable. The media is the enemy.

CNN has been notorious for their apparent insensitivity to human tragedy, asking people how they “feel” about events after something particularly horrific has just occurred.
Damned voyeuristic vultures.

SS be like, “Good evening Mr. Wilkes-Booth, what caliber is your firearm and how accurate do you find it?”

I learned at the university that the only major field of study that was easier and less challenging than “education” was journalism.

I remember when CNN - like the BBC - used to be a reliable news source.
So sad.....

I am reminded of heavy flooding in 1973 or so. A newsman runs up to a kid, shoves a microphone in his face and asks: “How do you feel now your parents are dead!”

After the San Bernardino mohammedan terror attack reporters asked one of the widows if her husband had brought the attack on himself by being a Christian.
There is no bottom to the depravity of a reporter.

In the old days when I commuted to the big city I bumped into a reporter and a camera-man from the local station.
I politely asked them what story they were covering.
They pointed to the police units a block away and said “someone just got murdered there”.
I lit into them: “If it bleeds it leads right.”
They were both embarrassed, lowered their eyes and the reporter “said, yup, not proud of it, that is what we were sent here to do”.
