President Trump on Tuesday called on Republican Attorneys Harmeet Dhillon and David Braden to stop the Democrats from allowing illegal aliens from voting in the 2024 election.
Democrats announced they will block any legislation from the US House that protects American voters and allows illegal voters to cast votes for Democrats.
For some reason, Democrats believe they must cheat to win elections today.
President Trump released a brutal statement calling out Joe Biden, the moron, and Democrats who CHEAT.

I like that Trump is demanding all REPUBLICAN politicians get to work on stopping illegals from voting.
For too long Trump has done the work while the vast majority of REPUBLICAN politicians have sat on their butts.

Better strategy is for Congress to sue whomever is supposed to be enforcing the already existing law for mandamus (which means basically: this enforcement is an official job duty so do your job or else). This could sidestep/dispense with the Ripeness problems

Just wondering if you were aware that there was no standing doctrine in the court system here until the 1920’s. The courts just made it up to get out of dealing with issues they did not like. It is entirely unconstitutional As the constitution gives us the right to be heard in court and it says nothing about standing. I have heard Robert Barnes talking about it.

Yes, there will be those who argue that states conduct elections and make the rules; however, we cannot in a republican form of government that includes the use of the electoral college, permit some states to have lax standards, e.g., no signature verification, mail-in ballots without date and time stamps, machines that may or may not be connected to the internet, ballot harvesting, vote counting that goes on for days after the election, extended voting periods, changes to voting “laws” that violate the state’s own constitution, etc., because each of these represents the potential for 14th amendment violations of equal protection.
In the Bush v. Gore case of 2000, SCOTUS stopped recounts in Florida because the various counties were using different, non-uniform, standards for counting votes. It is my view that a county within a state, is in the same role as a state within the electoral college, thus, if a county in a state cannot count votes based on some made-up standard because of the potential for 14th amendment violations, why should this be tolerated at the state level? So, what if the state has expressly, and legally authorized what can be easily corrupted procedures? The simple and ONLY test, in my view, should be whether or not said processes present an opportunity to become non-uniform, for example, if a signature verification setting on a machine can be adjusted at the county/precinct level, then said feature cannot be present. Can a machine printing ballots be reprogrammed to print something of a different size? Not acceptable. Do you have drop boxes? Are they monitored? What do you do if people drop in multiple, or bags, of ballots? Nothing? Sorry, can’t have them. Do you have motor voter registrations? Are non-citizens allowed to have a driver’s license? Do you allow non-citizens to vote in some local elections? If yes, prove that there’s no overlap with citizens only voter rolls, otherwise, you’ve got to make changes.
These types of guidelines should not be controversial at all, we want to protect “our democracy” right? But we can be absolutely certain that Democrats will object to every one of these, or similar, ideas; every one. Why? Because they cannot win majority positions on anything if they do not stack the deck. (Incidentally, no one should take lectures about “protecting our democracy” when the DNC runs a completely rigged primary election like it does; no one!) None of these changes will mean a thing, however, if vigilance and accountability over ballots are not possible. There are many allegations that the CIA has played an historical role in rigging elections across the globe, to tip elections in favor of desired regimes or dictators. The most common method is to have pre-filled ballots stashed at counting centers, before votes are cast, or to swap pre-filled ballots boxes for real ones. What if the blithering buffoon, Maxine Waters, exposed the existence of what would enable such a scheme when she said that under Obama, a vast database of voters was created, to paraphase. What would be the purpose of this? Elections are run by states, right? Obviously, only a few counties/precincts in the swing states would really matter and this is the starkest reason why there needs to be proper custody and monitoring of ballots.
Organized election theft should be a capital crime!

There were votes today on several different items and the GOP didn’t show up to do their part.
In the Senate, several Senators didn’t appear to vote on a judicial nomination so the DEI ill-educated social justice nominee was approved. In the House, there was a vote (I believe) to defund a part of the left’s attack on Trump, and it didn’t pass because so many GOP members were absent. Our GOP representatives, although many talk a good talk, plot and plan along with the left to harm Trump and conservatives.
