Sonia Sotomayor is the John (Reporting for Duty) Kerry of Supreme Court Justices. Kerry and Sotomayor both think the military is full of morally bankrupt, uneducated dunderheads. The military is comprised of a bunch of unthinking automatons who know how to make guns go pew pew and blindly follow orders. Blame Barack Obama.
Barack Obama nominated Sotomayor to the Supreme Court in 2009 by Obama. A remark the judge made about a “Wise Latina” became widely known and a point of contention during the Confirmation Hearings:
“I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life,” Sotomayor said in a speech in 2001 at the University of California, Berkeley, law school. She made similar statements at other such events.
That poor, pitiful “Wise Latina” has written some of the dumbest, darn remarks ever handed down from the bench. In Monday’s ruling, the majority read out a reasoned argument in the immunity case. Sotomayor cut an absolute rusty in the “dissent” proving that she doesn’t know shite about the military. What, you ask, does the military have to do with Presidential Immunity? The “Wise Latina” brought up Seal Team Six assassinating a political rival on orders of a mentally incompetent President (Trump) to Trump’s attorney during April arguments. Her weird obsession with manly men showed up in her “dissent”. Politico bought it completely:

“I’m afraid she’s demonstrating signs of diabetic dementia...”
Nay, nay be not afraid, be of good spirit and keep her well supplied with Jose Cuervo!😎
“she’s not nearly as smart as she seems to think she is,”
In fact, she is a garden variety dumshit.
I was in dental school (long story) with guys who could eff up a bowling ball with their hands.
We can fill the universe with what she ‘doesn’t know s*&t about’
Needed tutoring to get through law school, needed “accommodation” to pass the bar exam. She is not wise but otherwise.
I feel sorry that Clarence Thomas has to associate with these idiots on a daily basis. Smart people need to feed off other stimulating minds.
That might have been my college dorm suite mate who wanted to be a dentist. He had large hands, was clumsy, and easily frustrated. That chalk carving thing on the admissions test drove him nuts.
...and to think the Senate majority voted for her. Each and every one who did is shamelessly integrity-free. So pathetic.
DEI Justice Sotomayor. Or Sonia “Quota” Sotomayor.
“Otherwise, intellectual curiosity and the capacity for analytical and abstract thinking are impaired or nearly absent.”
I’m 100% in agreement with your analysis.
I see these elitists as a low IQ cult of government trained monkeys who manage to master one or two skills, which is just enough to keep them from living under a bridge and howling at the moon.
The Wise Latino knows what she knew she is known for!
Wisdom from the way Kamala who has known to advance herself. Kamala is known like Magic Johnson knew (over 4000).
These women have the experience.
They are well known in some circles.
And in some circles they are jerks.
I remember the chalk...from 1960!
She was installed for her obedience to the writings of Marx and commands of the Kenyan.
My advice to my suite mate defeated by a block of chalk was to do a class in sculpting or take up something like wood carving or toy model making over the summer and try again later. As a Type A personality, he was insulted that I suggested such diversions from a direct line into dentistry.
A few days after an office space reshuffle in our department in the state capitol building, Tico, my most status-obsessed and aggressively conniving colleague, plopped before me in my office. After desultory small talk, he asked how a James Bond character might measure the relative size of offices on the floor at a glance without it being obvious what he was doing.
I suppressed my urge to laugh because I knew what Tico was up to. I was busy so I answered him straight. "Simple," I said. "Count the ceiling tiles in an office in both directions and multiply." He looked at the ceiling of my office and his eyes lit up. I sent him on his way as I got back to work on a file on my desk.
That same day, two colleagues came to me and described how Tico had gone into their offices on a pretext, chattered for a moment while glancing at the ceiling, and then left. I let my friends in on what Tico had been up to. Both immediately realized that they would soon have trouble because he regarded them as targets.
Tico, of course, outlasted all three of us in that department and did less work than anyone.
Manual dexterity is...how shall I say..rather important in dentistry!
At least from the perspective of the patient!
