Joe Biden once again performs his infamous Thorazine Shuffle on the White House lawn accompanied by the president of Kenya. However, this time there is a twist since Biden also looks like he is in need of a diaper change.

He can’t feel his feet. There’s an elderly lady who walks my street. She looks 80-ish. She walks just like Joe but about twice as fast.
I’ve been trying to figure his walk out. I looks like his feet never get in front of his body. I’m not sure how he moves forward like that. Any photo from the side shows him dragging a spindly leg behind, you never see a foot swung forward of the plane of his body. It’s like his stiff torso is somehow propelled forward and his shuffling feet just keep up.

I just watched a YouTube video of Bill Clinton from 3 days ago. Hes walking just like Biden and has that same goofy look on his face. He walks up to the door of a shop and stands at the entrance and then just turns around and walks away. Its really weird. its like he’s drugged or something.
Isn’t there a medical device that helps people walk? Looks like he has something like that as his steps are all identical. Also, could he have an earpiece with someone telling him when to put his hand over his heart?

There are 1,000 graduates and Joe was handing out diplomas to them at first but just now FOX NEWS showed it is now a couple of the officers with Joe standing behind the podium looking confused and ignored..
