He can’t feel his feet. There’s an elderly lady who walks my street. She looks 80-ish. She walks just like Joe but about twice as fast.
I just watched a YouTube video of Bill Clinton from 3 days ago. Hes walking just like Biden and has that same goofy look on his face. He walks up to the door of a shop and stands at the entrance and then just turns around and walks away. Its really weird. its like he’s drugged or something.

Joe must be in hellish foot pain as he walks. Poor guy.
