Sternly against the current White House resident’s corruption, these governors released the following joint statement in support of Texas Governor Greg Abbott and Texas’ constitutional right to self-defense.
The statement comes as the Biden Administration continues to attack Texas and refuses to take action or responsibility for their crisis at the Southern border.
“President Biden and his Administration have left Americans and our country completely vulnerable to unprecedented illegal immigration pouring across the Southern border. Instead of upholding the rule of law and securing the border, the Biden Administration has attacked and sued Texas for stepping up to protect American citizens from historic levels of illegal immigrants, deadly drugs like fentanyl, and terrorists entering our country.

You are ready killowat.
I would file more slowly than you.
Exactly. Davey Crockett.
Last I read, I think Texas has the fifth largest economy in the world.
Washington does get dollars to spend unless states send dollars to Washington…

There’s that clause in the Constitution about states only making gold and silver money.
What if the red states started requiring all government business be transacted in such?
Seems like that might just reduce the dollar’s luster and diminish its usefulness as a tool used against the states.
North Carolina supports Texas, but unfortunately our fraudulently installed dem governor does not. He’s on his way out though.
It will cut federal funding to Texas.
I hope Texas has a plan for that.
Texas produces 40% of all US oil, we can sell it overseas instead of to the US.
We the people...
If only we could rid this state of the stench of the McCains.
NY and Illinois agree with Texas also but no way they can join up, at this point.
Nope.This is 1775
The Compact IS resolved. The deep state has become the new British. The fedcoats are oppressing America.
agree.
Oh
All for show, a distraction.
Texas doesn’t protect 800 miles of her border where millions of illegal come through while pretending to fight over 2.5 miles.
Jefferson Davis
Finally, somebody who knows a little history. Have you, like me, noticed the lack of a response from the media when Abbott spoke of the compact theory of government?
Or how his obviously accurate observation that the states created the federal government contradicted Lincoln's nutty claim that "the nation" somehow came into existence with the Declaration (and thus gave him the authority to counter the compact theory)?
How is the media missing a layup here - the chance to tie a Repub to 19th Century secessionists? They always do it, even when the connection is shaky (or non-existent).
